  1. Duly noted. You are welcome.
  2. Sorry I skipped 5 pages, but my first thought was that Josh would have stole his woman.....
  3. Admitting not having a clue is the first step, and may many more here follow your lead. Stick with it. You can do this.
  4. I don't want to drag up the past cause it means nothing.....but Chan Gailey and Jim Schwartz with this roster.....could we have?....... Any way nothing will change until Frazier is gone. Given the fact that the best D.C.s are or will be gone soon, the best thing that could happen for this team is if McD announced that until such time, he will assume also the D.C. role because Frazier is retiring....... willingly or not. That way, he can always come out of retirement vs. having been fired. See, I solved the biggest problem with this team. Ya'll are welcome....or youse all depending on where you're from.
  5. Who stabbed who? Signed Fred Jackson
  6. Let's not forget our management getting poached constantly....ie. Joe Shein etc.
  7. If I wasn't so bored...and cold, I wouldn't be typing this. That being said, how could anyone suggest a 3-4? This staff refuses to play 3 LBs as it is? A 3-4 alignment would mean having elite LB talent and playing 4 would just go against everything the vaunted soft zone nickel is known for. BTW, a 3-4 has been a bad idea since the Cowboys killed us with 4 sets of fresh legs in the SBs.
  8. I believe they made that trade to have the ammo to get their QB the next year, and actually got a great day 1 corner in the process. Mahommes got to sit a year behind Alex Smith while K.C. built a roster. I would have taken Josh at 7 and then jumped Tampa for Vita Vea, but it is what it is. Complaining about past drafts is a waste of time. We passed on Jimmy G., Carr and Wilson, so..... Complaining about schemes, especially defensively is worth discussion.
  9. Well Heath jumped on the grenade last year. This year someone had to take it up the pooper. In this scenario at some point crap has to roll uphill, hopefully this year( like right now) instead of next.
  10. I read somewhere back during the season that we were 2nd worst in the league in terms of the time of drives we allowed opponents. Given the fact that the field is crowded in the red zone and we forunately on occasion get some good plays from our talent in that situation, this has got to change. I don't care what they do in FA and the draft, unless this Defensive and Offensive scheme changes along with the brain farts on game day, I got nothing. Frazier has to go and Dorsey needs to learn he can't live vicariously through Josh and that his ass is on the line. Do you want to be a Nate Hackett?...and you haven't even measured up to him? If I'm Mcd, I'm breathing fire. He needs to come out with a fresh sale of goods, cause I just can't buy into another year of B.S. I'm glad you're a man of faith and have instilled a culture, but now it's time light a fire.
  11. I was gonna pick Philly fans ,but I haven't heard anything about them chucking batteries in quite some time.
  12. It appears that way.
  13. I wonder if someone with the last name of Carr would entertain going there?....after they ruined his brother.
  14. Then run some stunts and or put any one of them inside!. For Pete's sake blitz a little more! How about some press man instead of playing the receivers beyond first down markers? I'm not the smartest, but rushing four against 5 lineman, a TE and a back is probably not gonna work week in and week out....let alone allow any of the guys you mentioned a chance to get home. The definition of insanity.
  15. The biggest problem is the coaching! Dorsey didn't pressure Josh to take the check downs and move the chains or concentrate on using his Oline to pull and run outside to help the run game. On Defense, Frazier is stuck in his geriatric ways and can't stop a clock. He has no ability to come up with anything new or scheme specific game plans according to opponents. I get it, we had Jags on the Oline, but I don't think Beane's contract planning was to bankrupt us. I think there are D.C.s in this league that could have done way more with what we have than what we got out of ours. That Cincy game was pathetic. The defense didn't win games, Josh did. Blaming players( unless your name is Saffold), is the biggest load of crap when we've all seen the rush fo, soft zone B.S. right in front of us to view over and over. Until the D.C. changes it ain't gonna matter who we draft because the idea of simply outscoring opponents is asinine. McD is turning out to be a Mon. thru Sat. coach who doesn't seem to be able to put his foot up anybody's ass.
  16. Edmunds gets taken out of Blitzes by Backs and can only rush through openings and doesn't have the instincts for that. Draft Jack Campbell from Iowa.
  17. I think they'll end up with either Broderick Jones OT from Ga. or Dewand Jones OT from Ohio State. BPA will be the reasoning. I actually think Brown would be better on the left side and may eventually unseat Dion. Any FA money on the line will go to guard. He was just one of the QBs the Bills ruined. Signed Rob Johnson
  18. Instant wealth messed his time up here. He's come around though to pro bowl caliber.
  19. Yeah, no. Assistant to Dorsey period.
  20. I thought they should have turned him into a couple of good picks last year and drafted Christian Harris. Not sure if they actually could have after picking up 5th yr. option, but unloading him on say Detroit could have got us a high 2nd and 4th.
  21. He got almost 13 this year, no way he takes that money. someone will pay him at least 15.....4/60 at the very least, and that's the low side. Pittsburgh?
  22. Agree with all. Not a big fan of Roman ,but I suppose he could provide some balance.
  23. I wanted them to go after Reddick last year right off the bat, but they seem to sit on their hands and ....I don't know. I'm not really critical of Beane's drafts, but we're sitting here married to the Rick Dennison of defense. Why???
  24. I'm betting he ends up in San Fran when Ryans takes the Houston job. He's a bud of Shannahan and coached the D there under Harbaugh. Nothing to see here. ....and I love it.
  25. I feel bad for the 9ers. hopefully Purdy comes back.
