Why isn't Frazier interviewing for Head Coaching positions?
nosejob replied to fasteddie's topic in The Stadium Wall
I just think they need to announce "We feel we need to move in another direction".....and McD says for now he'll assume the D.C. duties....and then end up calling the plays next year. BB can do it so can Sean. -

I can't even think about how many times cook was wide open at the top of the screen(all season)....or Devin /Diggs or Beasley. When it came to hitting a back in the flat, by the time Josh figures he has nothing else the play gets blown up. That absolutely should have been a big part of the game plan. They all knew the weather and footing was gonna be crap. Speaking of which, why wouldn't they play press man and tangle Chase and Boyd up at the line. The week before they talked about how they knew Tre and Elam were good at it. Maybe just maybe that might have helped the rush a bit.

Bills Coaching Staff Changes Thread
nosejob replied to hellofellowbillsfans's topic in The Stadium Wall
I can't find anything either. This going to be my 50th yr. as a fan and I cannot remember the Bills going into an off season without having the OC/DC under contract or extended. -
He's McD's last Tolbert that needs to be purged. Then maybe we can get post 80's defense.

I remember one Halloween, I believe it was Skeletor who posted D.J. made up like a Vampire in a coffin. Funny AF. I wish i would have saved that. -
Can you imagine if Josh had 4 seconds every time?
-
Isn't there some big kid that's a killer at G/C coming out of there? Bring em both
-
McD should take the play calling duties and prove to everyone he was letting the elder call the game....or not. Put up or shut up. Sh.. or get off the pot.

I can't ever remember the Bills going into an off season without the oc/dc being extended.

Sorry I'm not up to date. Could you expand your answer by a word or two? Thanks
-
Flores no ....ongoing litigation Wilks....another die mold of a Frazier yes man? Would McD let him be his own man? BTW, I think he did let Frazier be his own man......much to his own detriment.

What has he been doing?

hmmmm interesting. I was kind wondering about Mike Vrabel if he gets cut from a new regime.

I don't do Twitter, so my own original thought was that maybe he was advised to be careful breathing cold air and keep his core warm...IDK I just went through Hell with covid and still trying to shake it and cold air doesn't help the chest...IMO -
I’m over this defensive scheme. Bring in a new DC.

THE BOTTOM LINE The Bengals knew exactly what Defense we were going to run and to a large extent our offensive tendencies as well. SO...they adapted their game plan and kicked our ass. Until we get a D.C. who is capable of adapting specific to opponents, we will see this over and over. I'm not about firing Dorsey, but omg, you all knew what the forecast was weather wise, yet had no plan B. Absolutely pathetic coaching. I'll give Dorsey a pass, because I'm certain he'll improve and learn, but someone with Fraziers experience screams the old dog /new tricks thing. I wouldn't hire him at the college level. He should retire. -

Maybe people should wiki someone they feel smarter than before typing. Keep quiet and let them think you're a fool, or open your mouth and remove all doubt. I would have never heard about this if it wasn't for this thread. Twitter is for Twits....man buns and Karens. Thanks for sharing OP. This isn't directed at you Lost. I have the utmost respect for Poso's background and service to this country....at a very high level. -
I find it ironic that against the Fins, they played press man and knocked Hill and Waddle off their game. I hoped that was a preview and preached it all week. But nope....right f...in back to turtle mode. I have no hope for this team until Frazier is gone....and I would like for someone to prove to me this is McD's call and he's a puppetmaster.

My question would be....If every time I saw cook wide open at the top of the screen or someone running wide open just beyond the line....If Josh would have thrown to them and moved the chains like he should have, would anybody( like Diggs) have a reason to B word?) Josh should have completed a lot of check downs yesterday. I don't know if it's him or Dorsey living vicariously through him, at some point he's gotta learn what's important at the time. If you're getting hammered with pressure, dump it off and get a 1st down instead of throwing deep into tight coverage. Hopefully J Palmer can work on that....and hopefully it doesn't take an injury to teach Josh that.
