  1. No way it happens & we can’t afford him but sure make a phone call. 2nd in 24 & 3rd in 25
  2. No thanks, the guy quit rather than making any effort to beat out Spencer Brown Maybe he's so done that he realized he couldn't This staff won't, but we should be willing to try David Edwards and Bates at RT all week and against the Bears. I'm done with Spencer. He's going to get Josh killed
  3. I really wanted him to get a look at RT next to college buddy O'Cyrus
  4. If Josh goes down, the only way this team could still compete is by bringing in a QB not currently on this roster Mills from Houston would be reasonable
  5. Supposedly the Defense has been bringing more pressure in camp. Maybe he's turned the corner on that side of the ball now that he has the reigns or it's my wishful thinking
  6. Come on now....We kept Poyer at an extremely reasonable cost for an All-Pro
  7. 1. Dalton Kincaid looked like Travis Kelce to me 2. C with Morse and Bates looks good. G with McGovern, O'Cyrus, Edwards, Bates looks good. OT is a major concern. Good! The Chiefs were given the same treatment last off-season....then they go out and win SB
  8. you're probably right....which is very concerning. Spencer already had back soreness this summer again. If that acts up + he was destroyed against the Steelers, it's going to be a brutal year for Josh vs edge rushers
  9. Indeed. I'll assume there's a reasonable amount of "slack" considering what happened with Hamlin. But, the overall coaching in that game was horrific I certainly hope we're in for a fantastic season. We'll see!
  10. There was a very long and detailed article, this one https://www.golongtd.com/p/it-was-a-bad-bad-situation
  11. I like Sean, however I suspect many players confidence/faith in him is on thin ice one of the things I noticed was a 3rd and 3.....and the DB's were lined up 7-10 yards off the line I know it's preseason.....but seriously????? AGAIN????
  12. From what I heard, Tre had a very good camp so we'll see. I'm alarmed about OT to be honest. Dawkins seems like a massive ? could go either way with him and I'm inclined to lean toward him being average. the RT is a disgrace. Beane really needs to make a trade or sign Peters
  13. As good as Allen is, if your QB is under attack because the OT's are turn styles..... only so much the OC can do
  14. Elite: Allen Diggs Von Miller Milano Poyer Hyde Very Good: Tre White (may be elite again this year) Leonard Floyd DaQuan Jones Greg Rousseau Mitch Morse Tyler Bass Sam Martin Reid Ferguson Dawson Knox Dalton Kincaid Honorable Mention: James Cook
  15. Jason Peters just standing at RT and not moving would be an upgrade from Spencer
  16. Dawkins has stretches where he is very good and plays a bit mean. The problem is, there's too much time where he's just average
  17. should have taken Dawand Jones to pair next to him. We would have been in solid shape. Jones is dominating so far Instead, we drafted another LB in the 3rd who will likely be inactive most of the season barring a surge up the depth chart. Beane has a fascination with keeping 6 LB's on the roster with only 2 of them on the field while OT is treated like an afterthought
  18. The route painter
  19. uninspiring. With Dawkins looking average, the OT's as a group on this team may be among the worst in the league
  20. he probably had flashbacks to the last time both TJ Watt and Heyward played against him….
  21. He’s borderline elite right now to me. Very few TE’s have the route improv skills like Kelce. Kincaid does. He may end up with the 2nd most targets and receptions on the team He’s already been lined up & run routes from outside, the slot and in-line so far this preaseason. Allen played 17 snaps. Kincaid 13 of them
  22. I’d say if they have a good week of practice, then no. If they struggle, then yes
  23. Sign Peters. Trade for a depth veteran OT. Trade for a LB
  24. Bright spots: Kincaid appears to be borderline elite already. Rare improv route ability, hands, smoothness. Kelce ceiling. O’Cyrus was maybe the best OLineman tonight. Should be a solid starting RG immediately CB Alex Austin & Siran Neal brought passion most other players lacked and made a few strong plays if Gabe’s ankles can stay healthy, he can be WR1b type
