  1. Well, one could argue they've had that since Art Modell bought the team in 1962. Modell ran Paul Brown out of town, schemed to get out of town, and also fired Belichick. Since their rebirth, it's possibly even worse (Lerner, Haslam).
  2. Yep, plus add the fact that all the owners are upset about the contract. The NFL, Roger aren't going to act on this anytime soon. They will make idiot Haslam pay for it.
  3. I only have a problem with 31 teams😆 Seriously though, The Jets, Miami, Pats, Steelers, Ratbirds are the teams I hate the most.
  4. It was a dumb move by Goodell, allowing 2 teams in LA
  5. I'm all for tradition (I'm 61 years old), so it makes sense that the Bills-NY Jets-Patriots shouldn't be split up, or the Raiders-KC-Chargers-Denver. Yes, the Fish & Bills rivalry is there, but the Fish should really be with Jax & Tampa Bay. The Atlanta-New Orleans rivalry is pretty intense, so keep that intact. So maybe throw Carolina or Houston with Miami-Jax-T Bay. Just a thought. Maybe they should create a "carpetbagger" division with the Rams-Ratbirds-Titans-Colts lol.
  6. While I get that, here me out for a second. Cleveland gets moved to Baltimore. Cleveland rightfully gets their team back. Houston moves to Tennessee. Houston rightfully gets their team back. So Paul Tagliabue rewards these cities (franchises) by insulting their fan bases, so they each get stuck in the division with the franchises new city. A twice-a-year reminder for those teams' fans. Horrible. He was worse than Goodell.
  7. It's bizarre that Baltimore is in the AFC North, when they should be in the AFC East. Put Miami in the AFC South, Ratbirds AFC East, Indy to AFC North. Don't get me started on Dallas lol.
  8. Browns have some serious offensive line issues, but moved the ball at will in the 1st half on Jax. 2nd half, not so much (lots of penalties on Cle). The Browns D shut Jax down all day, with the exception of a 66 yard bomb. The Bills D & Browns D are similar. I just don't see Jax doing much on offense unless Lawrence makes plays with his legs.
  9. That whole AFC South is blah to me. A Paul Tagliabue creation, a weird combination of geography.
  10. Fair enough. I understand Dallas fatigue, but if your favorite team(s) are in the AFC, it's ok to root for the Cowboys vs the Ratbirds.
  11. The Cowboys had won 16 straight regular season games at home until last week....
  12. Well, Jerry Jones is bound to start arguing with you any minute about that😊
  13. The 38-34 type games can be entertaining, but lousy defense & lucky PI on defenders on under thrown balls gets annoying.
  14. You may turn out to be right, but "Chiefs/Ravens/Jets" super mid? KC may fall a peg, same with the Ratbirds, but they won't go away quietly. Long way to go. Bills looked "mid" last year until a late season run gave us hope. Just saying....
  15. NFL Strength of Schedule 2024 Well, that's fake news lol. Cleveland has the hardest schedule in the league.
  16. The main thing I like about the International games (mainly London) is the 930am start time (EST). Even if it's a game you don't really have a ton of interest in,it's good background noise at home or a tailgate.
  17. Lol, or sent to Siberia for the winter.
  18. I will. But yeah, not a fan of this "parceling out" of the NFL.
  19. Well, if Rice smoked some weed, or knocked his girlfriend/wife down, or got about 25 massages, he'd be suspended already.
  20. It's his "slipperiness" that wows folks, not his passing. His stats vs his division rivals aren't really outstanding (as you may expect) because those teams see him twice a year. He does excel vs teams that don't see him often, especially early in a game. Once teams get a feel for his skills they typically figure it out. It's like trying to catch a water bug in a creek.
  21. I'm still trying to figure out how Walmart is allowed to own 2 NFL teams (Rams, Broncos).
  22. I have always hated the NFL's desire to have division matchups so early in the season. I'd prefer division games to start in October, league wise.
  23. Hmmm. Sage Steele was simply a sportscaster who wanted to report on sports. When people get fired, they may get angry/upset.I think she's got reason to. There's no conspiracy theory regarding her.
  24. I'm sure there's a lot of truth to that. Sage Steele left because of all the political pressure/ political correctness and has been very outspoken about it on X (Twitter).
