I don't think anything can change at this point of the season, unless they decide to blitz more. Implementing a brand new scheme is very rare 10 games in to a season. It's one reason why I predicted a 42-38 Bills win yesterday. The Bills are kind of like an old PAC 12 or Big 12 team. They focus on outscoring the other team, and hope to make a few defensive stops during a game.

He was awesome, sadly an elbow injury in the opening game of 1988 messed his game up a bit. I considered him one of the best deep-ball throwers ever. Smart as hell. The best example was the snow game a couple years ago when they moved it to Detroit. I couldn't believe they moved that game indoors. Only game in my lifetime the Bills got a gift. I remember McD's interview on Thursday, he's in his office saying " I don't know what we should do?" Uh, how about getting out of town before the snow comes?

I do believe there's some odd scheduling in the NFL every season, no doubt. Kind of off topic, but I totally disagree on the "flex" scheduling. It potentially screws fans of the home team, having to make changes.

Spot on. Can I add that Beane has been trying to build this team to take down KC, which is somewhat smart. The problem with that is other AFC teams who were afterthoughts passed the Bills by with their roster building. Anything is possible if the Bills make the playoffs, but I'm prepared for 1 and done.
