  1. I think a lot of that depends on if Mostert is able to play. He had surgery on Monday from what was reported and was out of practice today. Wilson is a capable back, but I don't think he's necessarily in the same category as Mostert. I'm sure they'll most likely start in their base Nickel and see how it goes.
  2. I'd be praying for a miracle and cheering my butt off for the Fish (yuck)!!! And the league gift wrapped them a bye so I don't know what they're on about.
  3. Man, ya'll seriously trying to jinx us, aren't ya? LOL
  4. All depends on what we can get him for. Chase and Higgins share the vast majority of catches in Cincy (both over 1K yards) with Tyler Boyd at WR3 putting up basically what we get out of Davis. I can imagine they'd want more than we could realistically offer, but like Beane said regarding OBJ, he always takes a look, so I don't count anything out until he says flat-out says they're out.
  5. To be fair, I believe the Doc that cleared Tua was fired after that mess. I don't really blame the coach if the docs told them he was good to go.
  6. Any updates on Waddle? I'm assuming he plays. No matter who's back there at QB, it only takes one catch for Waddle or Hill to score on any given play if they find an opening. That's why I'm not underestimating this game.
  7. Oh, by no means did I mean to infer you were, but the temptation is certainly there. Cheers to the lucky underwear. But how lightly exactly? Pounds? Ounces?
  8. Makes sense to me. On all the 3rd down passes for a first, I remember very few that were right at the sticks. Seems they were always at least a few yards past if not more. Could be by design. The defense knows were the line to gain is, so if they are potentially looking at receivers making cuts there to pick up the first, they might be getting caught a little off guard when they go past that.
  9. All the more reason to not take the game lightly, IMO. We don't need to be on the wrong side of Monday morning headlines.
  10. Not expecting him to have to hit anyone just isn't realistic. Covering and hitting go hand-in-hand.
  11. And they go through contact in training camp and in the preseason. Hyde hasn't been hit since September and had neck surgery in October. How much time elapsed between Tre being activated and him playing?
  12. I've got to assume Beas is going to get playing time this post season. Otherwise, there was no point bringing him back.
  13. Don't see a different outcome between the Ravens and Bengals than what we just watched last week. Not sure what's going on with Lamar. We may never see him in a Ravens uni again.
  14. I think there would be huge league repercussions if that somehow ever happened. McDaniel literally said today that doctors haven't cleared him to resume football activities.
  15. RIght, but I'd still rather see Beas or Crowder than McK.
  16. I don't understand what you're saying. Being medically cleared to practice is drastically different than playing a game. Ask Tre. He's in a non-contact jersey today.
  17. I'm sure he has, but all that changes once you start adding contact back into the equation. He'll have to gauge how he feels once that starts. From what I saw you posted, he's in a non-contact jersey today.
  18. Yeah, I don't think the docs would do that. If he's medically cleared, he is. It's just a matter of being in game shape, taking hits, and knocking the rust off.
  19. I recall he's been working out, but there's just nothing quite like playing in games. Make no mistake, I would love to see him back, but I just don't want to be seeing a whole bunch of disappointed folks if he doesn't.
  20. Man, stop jinxing us, lol. Especially against Skylar Thompson.
  21. Being medically cleared to return to practice and actually being in game shape and ready to play in a game are two very different things. Look at how many weeks Tre was practicing before actually returning.
  22. LMAO, if we brought Hughes back, we literally WOULD be getting the band back together. Texans would have to straight-up cut him though.
  23. Weird because you literally said I was telling people what to do.
  24. Don't disagree one bit with his toughness. As you just told me what to do. Gotcha.
  25. Not taking contact since September is a long time. I'm cautiously optimistic he's able to play and make a difference for us in this playoff run.
