  1. He took a team with barely a backup QB on the roster, absolutely no offensive line, an OC who might actually be mentally touched, hasn't had a winning season in a decade, and has us talking about playoff chances two weeks into December. Coach of the year? Probably not. But the talks of him being fired are tired and laughable.
  2. Absolutely. He has NO excuse for that to ever happen. I get it, everyone messes up at their job. But he gets paid $420,000 to do ONE THING. And let's say the Bills score an average of 5 times a game plus one of the half kickoffs, that's $4,375 per kick. Edit: I looked it up. We have scored 27 TDs and 32 FGs. The Detroit FG didn't require a kickoff after it (the MN TD did). That's 58 scores, plus 14 kickoffs either to start the game or the half. 72 kicks. That's $5,833 per kick.
  3. Right. Which a normal kicker would have problems assessing. But a SPECIALIST would certainly take that into account.
  4. Thanks to the Texans for once again proving that things could always be worse.
  5. Has to be Gay. Dan "Jesus was a" Carpenter can kick off just as poorly as our kickoff specialist. Never too much depth at RB. One is too much depth at kickoff specialist.
  6. I get it, there's no such thing as a trap. But I am terrified of this game. I won't predict a score but we can't rely on a defensive or ST score every game. Our offense would be above average if we ran the ball 80% of the time. But we refuse. And therefore I'm nervous.
  7. Don't forget this is a defense without Kiko. I have a feeling he will be very motivated in the 2015 season. If we can keep the core of the defense and focus on some big name OLmen in the offseason, we will be a contender next year. First time in forever I've actually felt that way.
  8. And now 5.5. http://www.footballlocks.com/nfl_lines.shtml
  9. I particularly enjoy HoneyCrisps.

  11. 8) like it or not? We're 8-6. What's not to like? The offense is awful but that could be because we don't have a QB or offensive line.
  12. Not at all. This has lose by a point written all over it.
  13. Even the announcers were hoping we'd stick to the run. But alas....
  14. We're 12th in number of punts. Just saying
  15. You mean to tell me there's not some soccer player out there SOMEWHERE that can kick the ball straight into the 10th row through the end zone every time?
  16. Good drive. Time consuming, some good completions. Points. Sure a toss to the EZ would have been nice, and also with 6 in the secondary could have been an INT.
  17. Good to see we've abondoned the run game in the 1st quarter this week. New record.
  18. Do you think the defense lets the offense sit at their table in the cafeteria?
  19. In fairness, if we throw on third and 1, the board would crash for going away from the run.
  20. Bad play call on 3rd but Brown has to get that 1st!
  21. Orton Sucks! Fire Everyone! Sammy wasn't worth it! The refs suck and are in a huge mafia-esque conspiracy to keep the Buffalo Bills from winning!
  22. Over under on first "fire Marrone" post in the first half thread? I put the over under at 1:17pm Eastern.
  23. Agreed. They'll be under a microscope. Honestly, one stop at Starbucks when 7-11 coffee would have done the job will bring out many haters. Of course I didn't envy him when I read the original BN article. I don't evny him any more now. I gave my $56 not hoping he would spend it in any particular way but more to show that he had support. There will certainly be others that judge my decision to give and question every penny spent by the Talleys.
