Child abuse. Plain and simple. The argument of "I got beat with a switch countless times and I turned out fine" is simply unbelievable to me. You didn't turn out "fine" if you can look at those pictures of a toddler with numerous cuts on his legs from his father and not think he deserves jail time, you are NOT "fine." What can a 4 year old do to deserve that? The answer is simple: nothing.
