  1. 91 posts and every one has been bashing the QB. You must really hate the guy.
  2. And yet not playing the Bills didn’t seem to bother the Bengals so much. I think the Bills offense would have been better than today had the game at the Jungle played out. The defense? No.
  3. Josh did not play well because for the most part he had no time. Maybe Diggs should have been yelling at the O Line.
  4. On Burrow and Mahomes - no more than Josh can. Today wasn’t his day but, in general, they’re all much of a muchness when it comes to a lack of protection. They can make some superb plays, but sometimes they will be rushed or hit.
  5. Josh apologising to Diggs?
  6. The Bills season was derailed by the bye. Looked a different team coming out of it than they did going into it. Admittedly, Josh picking up an elbow injury in week eight which never properly healed didn't help.
  7. Josh was not the problem today, but he has been an issue on and off throughout the season. Too many silly turnovers in important moments, and that needs to be worked on over the summer into next year.
  8. The only way Diggs becomes a problem is if a ten second snipe on the sidelines results in a complete breakdown in his relationship with Josh, which I can't imagine happening.
  9. The Bills have had one every season. Earlier in the year I was worried it was coming in certain games, especially early on with the supposed tough start. I'd forgotten about that one game mess-the-bed pattern that the Bills have, until now. Unfortunately today was the day.
  10. It's a build up of one setback after another eating away, until mental exhuastion becomes a thing. I think that's where the Bills were but, as I said, even if half of the stuff hadn't happened and the Bills were mentally fresher, they would have still lost today. Nowhere near good enough in terms of talent or play calling.
  11. Not excuses. The Bills would have lost today, whatever. They were not good enough. I do think the players were/are mentally exhausted and that made the defeat worse than it may have otherwise been.
  12. IF - and there's no proof of this being the case - Josh does not respect and/or trust Dorsey enough to follow his play calling then something needs to give. And that's probably movign Dorsey on and bringing in a firmer OC to get Josh to toe the line.
  13. The Bills have had: - The supermarket shooting pre-season which affected the team and community - The Matt Araiza situation which would have affected the locker room, no matter what was said to the contrary - The scary Dane Jackson injury against the Titans, which he thankfully bounced back from quickly but was horrible at the time - Miami heat, where Tommy Doyle had to play with a torn ACL to finish the game and players were dropping with dehydration - Losing Micah Hyde and Von Miller to season ending injuries - Josh playing with a bad elbow since week eight and I can't recall if his ankle was on the injury report this week but may explain the lack of running plays - Snow game against the Browns, where they were stranded for Christmas - Damar Hamlin's collapse at The Jungle It felt like there was a rearguard action against something not completely in their control from the off. I think changes do need to be made but, at the same time, I do think hitting a wall was partially the reason behind today.
  14. Even with Josh, we traded away the opportunity to draft Mahomes. Even with Diggs, we traded away the opportunity to draft Jefferson. It's so Billsy that, even when they get great players, others benefit from it too.
  15. Dorsey should be asking that question if that's what he's calling. And maybe questions should be asked why Josh is ignoring him if he's not following play calls - actually, they should have been asked well before now.
  16. Then why isn't Josh taking them? He was earlier in the year. And if his mind is frazzled by something surely it's up to the OC to calm him down and get him back into the zone?
  17. It does show, even at the death, the basic problem Josh has had all year. He's fantastic but all too often he's missing basic plays. Today didn't matter, but he turned over the ball in important positions all year. Sometimes that's been down to the horrific O Line. Sometimes it's been because of miscommunication or bad WR plays. Sometimes it's been down to Josh.
  18. I did say earlier in the year I feel Josh needs to grow his game mentally. Saying that, I don't think he was the problem today.
  19. Yes, because the Bengals didn't have injuries. If they try that, I hope the media go for the jugular. They have no defense - literally.
  20. Looking back at his head angle, I don't think he's moaning at Josh - I think he's interacting with the guy to Josh's right, who just moves into frame temporarily.
  21. Please, Carolina - TAKE HIM. And don't let Josh pick the replacement.
  22. Agreed, but the last play - well, almost last play - was an interception.
  23. The season finished on an interception. Fitting.
  24. No, no, no, it's all on Josh. He needs to be traded. He's crap. He's one of the worst QBs in the league. Or something.
  25. The moments were, for the most part, conjured up by Josh.
