10/26/25 GAMEDAY Bills at Panthers 1st Half game thread

Boy K.C. is going to finally break the regular season losing streak vs the Bills this season. Not looking good. -
My view on the Bills Defensive Problems
ChrisWatson#21 replied to Cheektavegas Charlie's topic in The Stadium Wall
The biggest problem is that in nine years they have failed miserably to draft a game changer type player up front. They play these zones where opposing QB’s can just sit back there and pick where to attack them. No shade on Ed Oliver he is a very good player and I would exclude him since he is interior DL but he would have needed to turn out to be Aaron Donald to make an impact on McDermott’s nickel zone scheme. -
The league will never give up their ability to steer outcomes through officiating. Their priority isn’t fair games it’s maximizing profits. Some teams/storylines bring more to the table than others everyone that has watched the NFL for a while knows this by now. It’s not just Buffalo look at Rodgers and Brees who only got two SB appearances while playing out of the weak NFC. Look at Cam’s Panthers or Rivers/Tomlinson’s chargers. The evidence is everywhere.

Did we already miss the window with Josh
ChrisWatson#21 replied to BritishBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
He’s lost a couple actually but that was expected you can’t do at 29 what you can do at 24. What worries me is the punishment he has been taking so far this season that will take off years of his career if it doesn’t change. -
Most games are decided in the second half. First half is meaningless other than for betting purposes in today’s NFL.
-
That’s their role. If they win a Super Bowl they lose that and the league will be stuck with just another ordinary franchise. Us folks here in western NY don’t have as much cash to spend on NFL products.

Defensive pass interference rule in 2025
ChrisWatson#21 replied to MtlBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
That was soooo DPI on Shakir it’s crazy they never even showed a slowed down replay on it. The league benefits greatly off this Pats win. The excitement in Boston over this game will translate into greater profit. -
9/28/2025 Bills vs Saints 2nd half game thread

Excellent playcalling there. Take the ball out of the MVP’s hands on two crucial downs. -
Who is the best Corner in Bills history?

Interesting Eric Moulds stat
ChrisWatson#21 replied to ChronicAndKnuckles's topic in The Stadium Wall
Eric Moulds was the man. My favorite play of him wasn’t even a reception or TD it was when he blasted Teddy Bruschi on a block at New England in 2004. God I hated those Patriot teams and Bruschi so much. -
NFL to use electronic measuring in 2025
ChrisWatson#21 replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
I get the feeling that somehow the Patriots will get extra picks out of this🧐 -
I suspect a large number of boycotters tuned in by the second quarter when they found out Kermit was getting wrecked🧐

The NFL wants the Bills to win the Superbowl next year
ChrisWatson#21 replied to G0BILLS's topic in The Stadium Wall
Winning it in San Francisco would be nice for Josh since I believe it's the closest NFL stadium to his hometown. -
The Bills draw huge viewership numbers
ChrisWatson#21 replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
That’s the Bills appeal to casual fans around the world. If they ever win a Super Bowl they lose that identity. It’s like after the Cubs won the WS nobody outside of Chicago cared that much anymore. -
I’m a Bills fan for life but I’m also so grateful for Josh Allen he has been a blessing for this franchise and it pains me to see him get labeled a choker and get to watch inferior QB’s like Jalen Hurts play in their second Super Bowl because he plays in the NFC. I just don’t have hope anymore that the Bills will be in a Super Bowl not while Mahomes is in his prime coached by Andy Reid with Spags.

Why moving on from McDermott is tough due to logistics
ChrisWatson#21 replied to iccrewman112's topic in The Stadium Wall
Their last first round and top picks Oliver, Rousseau, Elam, Kincaid, Coleman haven’t really made much impact and the big free agent signing Von was a disaster. Beane definitely has struck out a few times with these decisions and he will be the first to tell you. I agree he definitely has to be held accountable. -
The Bills aren’t beating those guys and they aren’t getting rid of McDermott so what do you suggest? Sean Payton isn’t available and In the meantime Jalen Hurts an inferior QB gets to go to his second Super Bowl while Josh’s sits home and gets dissed idiots like Ryan Clark clown him on TV telling him to go "smoke his stats at home on a hookah".
