  1. The only way to prevent 17 from running over people and killing himself— is to stop the temptation at the root with a better OL/TE. That’s the Beane/Allen/McD strategy is now in focus.
  2. The two Jets “jump balls” for TD to Coleman and Cooper—these were 14 points. A year ago, one or both of those could/would have been dropped or even an INT in 2023
  3. Need OL TDs! Add OL to poll LETS Go MITCH Mack Hollins: 5 receiving Keon Coleman: 4 receiving Khalil Shakir: 4 receiving Ty Johnson: 3 receiving Amari Cooper: 2 receiving Dalton Kincaid: 2 receiving James Cook: 2 receiving Ray Davis: 2 receiving Curtis Samuel: 1 receiving Dawson Knox: 1 receiving Josh Allen: 1 receiving Quintin Morris: 1 receiving Tyrell Shavers: 1 receiving
  4. Many people have been made to look good after Beane took a tough, calculated risk on an inaccurate passer.
  5. I laughed. Not all 53 guys want to joke and mic. Oh and I am surprised that didn’t get cut by the social media 18 yr old intern
  6. Can they do one play O and D and forfeit? just need to give 3rd string preseason time. NE will intentionally give up. They have #1 draft. It’d be stupid to win.
  7. She never liked/likes 17 there’s still this underlying gripes with pre 2017 kid.
  8. Mr. Roger’s neighborhood blowup based on his input. Disagreement is in every org and you work as peers. 17 had influence in 2024, big. If truly part of the process and “real input” then the outcome is usually pretty mutual agreed by decision time. We haven’t had #1 draft 2024, #1 draft 2023, Coop, #1WR Shakir-ish, on the field tougher until now. coop will be a surprise in a few weeks.
  9. Brady is using Beanne Swiss army properly. 1) heavy package with Anderson wow OL6 2) Ty RB3, yah! 3) Shakira, his YAC don’t lie. WR3 4) Reggie. Josh butt. FB, really. Four examples of using the right skills, right place, right BRADY
  10. Josh Allen’s contract extension is expected this spring, and I anticipate the team will negotiate another cap-friendly agreement. This would likely include provisions where Allen has a voice in shaping the offense and prioritizing offensive line. By structuring the deal this way, Allen positions himself to potentially earn more over two additional years later in his career while helping the team maintain financial flexibility, rather than forcing a deal that could strain the salary cap (room for OL, WR)
  11. Buffalo finally has WR/TEs that can catch, high point, YAC, box out DBs, catch contested. It’s been a decade in waiting (and, no, Charles Clay doesn’t count!!!!) Josh doesn’t have elite catchers but they’re collectively all “good/better” now.
  12. Stats are interesting. Before Amari Cooper (First 6 Games): • Record: 4-2 • Avg Points Game: 27.5 • Passing Yds Game: 186.3 • Total Touchdowns: 13 After Amari Cooper (Subsequent 7 Games): • Record: 6-1 • Avg Points game: 33.6 • Passing Yards Per Game: 256.4 • Total Touchdowns: 21
  13. It’s all premised upon O getting started early enough to partially mute opponents run game. Pretty convinced this is the “complementary football” we hear about.
  14. I can’t find any fault with Brady, O, 17 there is literally nothing anyone can say bad about this offense. 1. Bills 34 - Cardinals 28 (Sep 8, 2024) 2. Bills 47 - Jaguars 10 (Sep 23, 2024) 3. Bills 35 - Ravens 10 (Sep 29, 2024) 4. Bills 34 - Titans 10 (Oct 20, 2024) 5. Bills 31 - Seahawks 10 (Oct 27, 2024) 6. Bills 30 - Dolphins 27 (Nov 3, 2024) 7. Bills 30 - Colts 20 (Nov 10, 2024) 8. Bills 30 - Chiefs 21 (Nov 17, 2024) 9. Bills 35 - 49ers 10 (Dec 1, 2024) 10. Bills 42 - Lions 48 (Dec 15, 2024) 11. Bills 40 - Jets 14 (Dec 29, 2024) seriously! that’s sick!
  15. Hire Rexy, Rogers. NYC and ESPN will again predict AFCE champs until September. Pats QB is dangerously skilled.
  16. I expect the 50 AP panel is smart enough to look at stats as a general compare. Having INT=TD is bad but say a 10% differential between player stats is just noise. 2020 panel included: • Peter King, NBC Sports • Tony Dungy, NBC Sports • Chris Mortensen, ESPN • John Clayton, ESPN • Jarrett Bell, USA Today • Bob Glauber, Newsday • Rich Gannon, CBS Sports • Suzy Kolber, ESPN • Adam Schein, CBS Sports • Michael Strahan, Fox Sports
  17. Brady had to work with new kids mix and blend every year new in college. It may have given him a strong mindset that makes “lemonade” from each new recruit each year. Likely allowed him to see more objectively the entire team and less pigeon hole roles (aka Diggs immediate shift last year)
  18. Sarcastic agreement: No 1000 RB, No 1000 WR. Success has nothing to do with the QB 17 at MVP levels…
  19. Defenses have realized Shakir is the short pass gadget guy. It’s so odd to hit >40 pts three weeks, and not have any huge numbers at any WR. So unusual.
  20. Bad AV, flyover, food etc. I really don’t like that this $2B firm is run by operations amateurs really. Maybe that’s what Terry has in mind with helping bringing extra owners. I mean, listen to some of the Bills Operations people and you realize they’re not the A team for any $2B organization. pals, townies, friends and buddies program of employment. I’m sure they are good but they’re not hired as A team.
  21. Wait. Isn’t the proper right of passage is going to a rainy 2 win season, at end of season for spoiler role only? This guy cheats to 2024 first game!
  22. Rogers…JETS can root for the other Jersey team! Oh wait, where’s Barkley at?
  23. Exactly. One guy telling the other dude “I got this guy, lil higher”
  24. Coleman did this in like game three and the next pass was higher and a TD. And BTW, Coleman can gesture it, because he knows 17 can change a few inches in height. All good.
  25. Totally agree. but Josh and Beane made a pact to bolster OL. Brady has added OL Anderson
