  1. A lot more entertaining radio than Maddy Glab asking a 20 min question. Finally!
  2. I heard Beane say, “We would have been reaching for a WR at our spot.” Meanwhile, the team only led the entire NFL in scoring, averaging 31 points per game. Yeah, what a disaster — clearly not enough offense. We can debate it all day, but last I checked, the team that scores the most usually wins. Maybe he’ll still trade for a WR, which would at least fit with his “bad ROI” comment about this draft class. I still want a speed guy, but honestly, it’s hard to argue too much when you’re already putting up 31 a game.
  3. Offense scores avg 31 points 2024 —Josh makes all WR better (Hollins v KC) —Josh can’t coverup for D (Miller/Elam v KC) I’ve wanted a deep WR since Brown. But: D needed more guns right now.
  4. B. relative to other top 8 teams. Attempting to get past the two hurdles to SB: Pat. Derrick. Bills brought Miller/Elam to get to Pat and missed 2025 draft/FAs is swing #2…focus on DL and DB
  5. The clues were there and you noted it
  6. Do we know if coop is/was hurt? He really went quiet and something strange about the end here.
  7. CLE paid a crappy 5th. CLE paid Watson $230M (you may want to not invest in stocks…)
  8. At a 5th-round price, there’s nearly no downside. Like a good stock play, every risk/reward call comes down to value, floor, and upside — and a 5th has way more upside
  9. CLE smart risk vs reward play. They drafted the QB they wanted and tossed in a 2nd. 5th rounders lucky to make even BB practice team, if you could later get trade…..even have your own pitchman.
  10. Thank god for our QB. hey, Josh, stay humble, please I think that’s why y’all with HS.
  11. Smart by CLE. bookmark this (Literally no downside and possible upside, trades) albeit, CLE will mess things up whatever happens.
  12. Harbaugh in Baltimore and McDermott are officially on the clock. With MVP quarterbacks, they can’t keep falling short in the playoffs by a field goal. Patience is running thin—they need to reach the Super Bowl
  13. Beane use a 5th-rounder on Sanders. Let him light it up in preseason, then flip him when inevitable NFL QB injuries hit. Get a 2nd back. Belichick pulled this trick a couple times — we should too. LOL
  14. Wish it were sunny and warm in NY. turn off the draft. I have other hobbies than 170th draft pick for summer camp
  15. As a parent, I focused on preparing my kids for both confidence and humility, knowing life is full of ups and downs. It feels like Shedeur was elevated so much by his dad and schools that he might now be a NIL rich kid who’s never really faced setbacks or adversity — and that’s a hard psychology to crack if you’ve been raised that way, especially after being told for 23 years that you’re the untouchable best.
  16. Bills should take him and let him play preseason and trade for 2nd rounder ! So opposite Josh story. Sanders has been coached to his max, propped by others, arrogant. Like the complete opposite of Josh college etc
  17. Oddly. Weak NFL teams can’t take the meddling because they are in fact and definition of weak. The strong NFL teams won’t deal with the meddling because they are strong and don’t need a bogus QB2. Amazing really.
  18. It seems that Dad gave his son bad advice. Started long ago. If you’ve had kids—you’ve had to show and teach them BOTH humility and confidence.
  19. Wow. I’d take him in a flash now pick 80. he must have been amazingly HORRID DlCK in his interviews!!!! even as backup. crazy.
  20. Yup. He gets credit for that too. Thank god for Beaney luck vs no luck.
  21. Totally agree. DL is more a rotating puzzle during a game.
  22. Um. Wait? You liked the drought yrs, where we won the draft every year? Beane sgets credit for 65% win rate. 70% if HC didn’t brain cramp in playoffs
  23. 2nd round. He’s 23 yrs old. LOL his karma and being entitled, arrogant. He will mature. I’d take the chance totally , 2nd, if I need a QB.
  24. The sofa backdrop “LEGENDARY” logo made me LOL and he wasn’t even on the sofa. He’s 22 yrs old. Jim Kelly was pretty much a d!Ck and grew up
  25. I was surprised nobody moved to 30ish to grab Sanders. It’s a QB league. Feels like a different flavor of the Lamar draft.
