I agree, core strength is the one most important thing to long term health. When people look like they are doing good mornings and claim they are squatting, yes we have a big problem, happens way too often.

Good rallying cry so to speak, let's get back to Buffalo. I would stop short of saying it adds pressure, the team that kept them out of the SB is across the field. From the GM down knows this is who they have to beat, not sure you could somehow make it mean more to them.

Squats with bad form are definitely bad. Squats with proper form are excellent for long term health, just don't be a fool and think you can squat heavy long term. Medium intensity Squats done with good form are all that average people need. I get why athletes push the weight as it improves their explosiveness, only surpassed by power cleans.

I agree, I have an accountant, but I also run a business. The average citizen shouldn't have to worry about tax laws all the time. If you make 50 bucks off of a game ticket resale the irs really shouldn't care.

For the record if you just sell them to recoup your money they can't tax you on zero profit. Actually if they force you into pretending to be a business you could claim mileage incurred as a business (standard deduction of .52 cents a mile), home office deduction, probably a few more things. It's a government loophole, it isn't a law but you can go to jail for evading your responsibility 😉
