  1. Everyone in this thread is underestimating the Fins. They're a damn good team with a defense that's not going to stop generating MOs anytime soon. They're not playing quite as good as Buffalo, but they're not far off.
  2. I'd take that right now because it's about to change
  3. I really enjoyed this game. The only thing that I could be disappointed about was the IOL but they were down to third-stringers at times, and they gelled a lot more by the 4Q. Defense looked about as good as a defense can look going up against Wilson. Offense looked absolutely stellar - just goes to show that those past three games weren't low-scoring because Allen was regressing, it was just because they didn't need to pass. Special teams (especially Roberts) are as good as ever. Oh, and it was that elusive "statement win" - finally!!
  4. 2020 = we don't know yet. Dolphins and Rams (and even Raiders) could both end up playoff teams. Is 3-15 good? No way, but that 0-7 mark was with one of the worst rosters in recent Bills history, and that's saying something. 2019 was very worrying that we couldn't get it done against good teams. This year's losses to the Titans and Chiefs also bode poorly. Looking at the 2017 and 2018 teams, though, is disingenuous - those were bad teams that had no business being expected to beat playoff teams.
  5. The 6 teams per conference system was fantastic. Best playoffs in all of sports. No need to further screw it up.
  6. I'm thinking 6-2 to finish. Seattle is an L. Wilson is just on another level. Arizona is a tossup but I'll say W because it's in a dome and their run defense isn't good. The bye week will be a godsend. Get Milano healthy! LAC is a win. Clown on McD all you want for gameday decisions, Anthony Lynn has perfected the art of the close loss. SF is an upset win. That roster has been utterly decimated by injury. No Kittle, no receivers, no quarterback, just stack the box all game. Pittsburgh is a loss. They're too good. I haven't seen a team that balanced since the 2017 Eagles. Denver is a win because they're bad. New England is a win because they're bad. Miami - I don't know. I expect them to be playing for playoff seeding at this point, so they probably wouldn't rest their starters, and Allen has played 5 games against Miami and destroyed them every time. If the starters play it's a win barring the Dolphins defense and special teams putting up 21 points again. So 12-4 or perhaps 11-5. 10-6 would be an improvement over last year, but still disappointing for a team with Super Bowl aspirations. 9-7 would be worrying and anything worse would be a complete meltdown.
  7. JWJ and Mostert out, and Breida's gone, so they have Coleman (who's hurt) and McKinnon still. And JaMycal Hasty who has a great name for a RB. With that OL they could still easily demolish this D-line for 150 or 200 even if Mostert isn't back by then.
  8. This Seahawks defense is really, really bad. If Jimmy G could throw a football they would have had a very close game against the Niners. If the Bills can get Allen working with all four receivers like they did in weeks 1-4 (while also maintaining the run blocking ability they showed today) this is going to be an even matchup. I don't hate our chances even if I expect them to lose.
