  1. You call up NASA to report that fake moon landing. And then chime in on Waco, 911 and the Grassy Knoll.
  2. Can I start a campaign to outlaw the word "meh"? It is the most overused word since "hilarious"
  3. I am amazed at the acumen of many of the posters. They can determine a players ceiling by watching about 10 pre season drives. They can tell you what exactly Cassel's stats will be if he starts against Indy. It is all presented as factual analysis without reservation. But they have watched a lot of football so I guess they must know what they are talking about. By the way Sammy Watkins is going to have a bad game against the Giants. 3 catches, 26 yards.
  4. Here they come, Kemp hands under center, Dubenion wide left, Bass wide right Gilchrist and Carlton split behind.
  5. Which leads to the question of who are your top 10 long snappers.
  6. Old timers list 1. OJ Simpson (I dont care) 2. Jim Kelly ( he turned it around) 3. Marlin Briscoe (the magician) 4. Steve Tasker ( what fun to watch) 5, Robert James (what a corner, what a waste) 6. Mike Stratton ( for "the hit" alone would be enough) 7. Elbert Dubenion (best nickname ever) 8. Ed Rutkowski (played more positions than anyone and fumbled the ball against Oakland to get us #1) 9. Fred Jackson (I don't think I have ever enjoyed watching a player develop more) 10. Mack Yoho (because the fans got to chant Yoooooooooooooooooo-ho when he kicked off and he got to play defensive end and kick field goals badly)
  7. My Father's Day wish is that the word "meh" crawls back to whatever rock it came out from.
  8. Thank you for getting it and correcting and I still remember numbers by relating them to 60's Bills uniform numbers. How could I screw up Harry Jacobs?
  9. Let's see if I got this right. I am doing it from memory 72, 70, 78, 89 58, 56, 51 24, 27, 26, 42
  10. And i forgot Dangerous Dan McGrew- the Bills center and long snapper who unfortunately had a problem with long snapping
  11. Preston Ridelhuber, Monte Ledbetter, Gene Sykes, Booth Lustig, Mini Max Anderson, Mack Yoho, - the search for the quarterback before Jack Kemp - Warren Raab, Richie Lucas, Al Dorow (please add to the list)
  12. Only when their plays lose yardage, results in an incomplete pass or turn the ball over They love their offensive coordinator when the play that is called is successful. So all we have to do is get an OC that only does the second and never does the first. Easy! Don't get why those geniuses at One Bills Drive can't figure this one out
  13. But he is not better than Bob Lamb. Who has been around here long enough to remember that reference?
  14. Please tell us what future quarterbacks have it since you have been right every time previously
  15. Tell me why they all left. Most franchises have had successful people leave over a 54 year history. Lou Saban was notorious for leaving what he started. If Ralph can be faulted, it was because he was too loyal to guys that were Bills; Stew Barber, Harvey Johnson. For whatever faults Ralph had, he kept the team in Buffalo. And that makes up for everything else.
  16. Lou Saban quit Buffalo to go to Denver. Who knows the reason. Maybe it is time to let go of 50 year old grudges
  17. You really believe that NFL owners, most of who have been highly successful businessmen, will let the league impolde with stupid business decisions. When I was a kid, I watched games for free and now I happily pay $200 per month for stuff I never imagined I wanted when i was younger. People pay $2 for a bottle of water that you could get out of a sink. $100 for sneakers that used to be $20. Don't blame capitalism, blame yourself for stupid purchases. The NFL will be just fine for a long time to come, Relax
  18. Yes. Because of Ralph Wilson, there is a team called the "Buffalo Bills" Thank God, he was not a money hungry businessman because he had a wonderful opportunity to move the Bills to Houston when they did not have a team. For some reason, he stayed loyal to Buffalo. Wow, Erie County built him a stadium in 1970. That guarantees lifetime loyality, You want ingrateful owners see the Houston Oilers, Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Colts, ST. Louis Rams, Oakland Raiders, Los Angelas Raiders. We grew up in Buffalo, a terrible, dying city for the last 30 years that we love but dont pretend we are entitled to anything and thank "Mr. Wilson" for his loyality.
  19. What if the Bills had drafted Maximus Super in 1972. It was like beer on steroids and was big for a few years. Definitely better than Tony Mandrich. It was made by Utica Club. What did you want at the time? Schlitz? Schlitz was like the Ryan Leaf of beers
  20. Let's see we could bring in a top college athlete who went undrafted who for the last ten years has dilligently worked out, learned the game, been on-time, stayed in top condition and wants nothing more in life than to get a chance to be a professional football player or we could use that spot to bring in some coked out whackadoo who can jump really high but has shown no inclination to give a rats butt about the game, attending practice or any other aspect that would make him a professional. EVERYBODY has passed on this guy over 7 rounds and extra 300 undrafted free agents. So, No,
  21. And with our second round defensive pick, the Bills pick defensive back Blake Bortles
  22. The only way this analogy makes any sense is if the poster sent pictures of naked children to another but claimed it was all in the name of locker room shenanigans. There is no doubt that Incognito sent texts and phone messages with derogatory racial terms but explained it as part of the locker room culture. Whether it is racist or not is a matter of interpretation but it is not like there is not at least a partially smoking gun.
