Jackson, Wood, Williams and Merriman. I think that Jackson, Wood and Williams are the best players on the team. Not sure, is Chandler on IR too?

We were not as good as we thought we were in September, and we are not as bad as we think we are now. This game is 50% mental and the rest is in your head. We lack leadership and players that hate to lose. Dareus has impressed me, being a rookie and giving the team a locker room speech is rare. Draft a few more like him, at any position, and we will get better. I think a better DC will help a lot too.

So Troup can maybe, possibly, be good someday? But never as good as Gronkowski? Right?

Problem 1 - They started with an marginal 4-3 defense and simply did not the right players to switch to 3-4 Problem 2 - The drafted some 3-4 players that are not very good Problem 3 - They don't really play in free agency, that cuts into nap time, so given the recent draft history this could take a long time Problem 4 - they hired a DC with limited NFL credentials Problem 5 - they hired a legit NFL DC and let him coach DE's that try, but cannot, play LB

Why stop at Gronkowski? You could make this statement about every player we ever drafted with the exception of maybe 6. Why not lament equally on all picks? Give us some new stuff to read.

My comments to Bill: 1) Marcel Dareus - looking good 2) Kelsay - one of our better players on defense, and that is a big problem. 3) Hairston - looked lousy. We need a LT. I see you finally agree. Hairston should push Pears at RT. 4) Moorman - the least of our problems 5) Spiller - not big enough 6) Fitz - looks hurt 7) Duprees diamond blues. (The Dead as usual) 8) No flag for pass interference just before the 1st half - pass interference has not been consistently called from game to game all year. 9) Stevie Johnson - very slow. I want to keep him and pay him well as a #2. Still not totally sold on his hands and like I said, he is slow. 10) bad Bufflo Bills football teams - every decade except the 90's have had some horrific Bills teams. Nix/Gailey will win 9 games in two years, making Jauron/ Brandon look like studs. 11) Hang tough people. - just wait till next year 12) GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The drive for 3 tells me two things: 1- sign Stevie for number 2 money. 2 - do not give the LT job to Hairston. Play Bell and bring in a legit LT.
