  1. The stats of the two rookie seasons are a foolish comparison. The Bills were in full rebuild. You can argue the Pats are average. People who want to use rookie year comparisons of the two are not watching the games. Mac is close to ceiling.. that’s why he got early consideration for the niners. He’s at best a less handsome Jimmy G.
  2. Agree on Mills. He’s got upside and showed it on a much worse team. Hoody and Pats fans think Mac is the next coming. JA struggled his rookie year is the statement. Yes he did but he showed clear upside that was obvious. The only thing obvious about Mac is that he’s at about 90% of ceiling.
  3. Hmmm so I would say let’s stay with the guys who have been trained at the position for many years. I’m guessing all current cb’s including those on the PS are all better at it. It’s not like high school with no disrespect.
  4. Mac I think is already at 90% of his ceiling. Not enough work ethic from Tua w limited talent. Don’t think Hurts is enough of a pro passer. Baker is average. None of them will win a SB. They have too many good young QB’s to deal with. All have far superior talent.
  5. Absolutely. Very good O with an average D. The Pats are average on both sides of the ball. I think we will see some improvement from Mac but he’s fairly close to his ceiling. The Pats are not built on O for the current NFL to excel. I think this year they outplayed expectations. Some of which was the good fortune of schedule vs beat up opponents. On D they may lose JCJ and are slow at LB. Not a ton of cap as they made some unproductive FA signings. I see them with 8 or 9 wins next year. Is hoody going to fire his kid as DC? Don’t think so. About .500 without Tommy. AFC QB’s, JA, Herbert, Lamar, Mahomes, Joe B. All 26 or under. Where does Mac fit in with that group?
  6. Seems the narrative is foolish. JA played about 4-5 games in heavy wind. His stats were impacted. Check out the stats for the opposing QB’s in those games. It’s easy to look at the stats without actually watching the games and make proclamations. It’s one of the reasons his stats and in particular % completion will never be in the top 5.
  7. It’s all about Brady. We had a game with this crew and had a ton of penalties.
  8. Saw that too brutal no call. Since they all hold every play I’m fine they they didn’t call any holding. Pats fans were complaining coming into game that Judon was being held all the time past 5 games. Hey welcome to the NFL! J Hughes career has been a holding fest 😂
  9. Brady whining at his wr. What else is new. He’s such a B word ..
  10. That reffing crew owns games. The Brady factor is never ending. We want them eliminated because it will be even more obvious as the games get bigger.
  11. Spot on. Cinci at home would not be a close game. Chiefs Bills winner goes to SB!
  12. I’m just saying zone because I think it’s the best chance Hoody has. Other than JCJ they have no chance one on one man w Bills. Also, you then have JA taking off for huge runs with no one home. Big problem for Pats.
  13. I think Pats will go heavy zone. With Mills out and how lil dirty destroyed them- how and why would they go man? I more likely guess they rush 3 and drop 8. Forcing Josh into short accurate throws.
  14. The hate for BD is funny. Check out our OC’s production the previous 20 years. Yes he needs more commitment to the run (as we have seen recently ). Yes he has JA, but he’s been really good on the whole. Wish him well if he gets a HC gig but his work has been good. JA will certainly miss him.
  15. Really? If JA and Bills score either of the two red zone possessions in Q4, the Bills win. Then the narrative is what was BB doing ? Only 3 passes and that cost his team the game. Also Bills media doesn’t typically kick opponents post game. It’s very Boston arrogant. And it’s why the league hates them. Bills will bury Pats on Saturday because they are the better team. BB is a .500 coach without Tommy. What you won’t see is Pats media owing up post game. Rodney Harrison, TJ, TB, and now Edelman all National embarrassing Pats homers. This marks the end of Pats domination and I’m glad we are playing them.
  16. I agree. The only way he’s one and done with that ridiculous chaotic situation is if they have identified a clear candidate. If it’s not Flores I’d be very surprised. Reminder DW was interested in Miami primary because of Flores per media reports. But Culley totally gets a raw deal!
  17. Mac Jones is perfect for passer rating geek stats. JA and Herbert pass the real test of DC’s rating of who do you not wanna play against.
  18. I don’t think Flores runs a D that is in line with McD. He is heavy man to man.
  19. Who would have thought ? It’s why JK never had the best stats. I’ll take those JA stats vs what any other QB would do in similar conditions.
  20. Why is your font growing? Our OC is fine. It’s been exceptionally windy. OL has been lacking healthy best 5. We have now at least a resemblance of a running game. More up BD’s sleeve for playoffs.
  21. I am not. The weather conditions have been truly insane this year with home games. Look at our road performance without 30 mph wind, and we have enough of a running game to keep teams honest. He’s saved a few things for playoffs and we are in good hands.
  22. I think the conditions have been exceptionally challenging in several home games. JA has had his and the receivers numbers impacted significantly by that. With limited wind on Saturday we should see that all improve. The Bills have very good receivers now and will next year. If Beasley is part of the team it will be fine. If not it will be fine with just the depth we have.
  23. I saw Diggs irritated as well in this game. Very normal stuff.. WR’s always open. Sanders in last Pats game same thing. This is much about nothing.
  24. The wind was difficult in 2nd quarter. HC needs to go for instead of putting hs punter out there.
