  1. Well I am thinking for a minute it was her first concern.
  2. Think they are missing the safety component for fans and workers. The new stadium is not below the ground and has some fan cover. Likely this will mitigate the insane swirls that exist at the Ralph/Highmark. It’s about the potential disaster of 70,000 traveling in this. Watt and Steeler fans were and are hoping for the worst possible conditions knowing that helps them.
  3. I think that is a valid concern. But given the weather I’m more concerned with winning this game. Moving to Monday hopefully brings some of their talent advantage into the mix again.
  4. Agree that has to be the best bet all season. The Bills typically don’t cover big spreads. Oh and apparently the weather is gonna be bad.
  5. True with astute drafting and FA moves. The Texans have been built well over those 4 years with solid moves. The Pats have done none of that during the past 4 years. It will to work with the 3rd QB in the draft. If they are fortunate it’s a start. If it’s the wrong guy-good luck. I’m not so sure. Maybe Carolina if they don’t get a trendy OC.
  6. Yes I suppose legally. But wow this guy will need to be unreal given where the Pats are at.
  7. Right, while I’m not a massive Vrabel fan he’s a solid veteran coach in the NFL. Mayo was a position coach on a sub .500 team. Have the Pats LBs been great the past 4 years ? Seems like Bob K wants his people including whoever the GM is( also likely in house). Who will let he and the family play pretend GMs and do the Cowboys like meddle like Jerry. The only problem is they have no qb and arguably a bottom 5 roster. Good luck, go Bills! Seems odd. Can only be done for a minority hire. Unlike Tomlin, he’s had exactly one football experience. That’s with the Pats. The last 4 years they have been the worst's player evaluators in the NFL. Now they will hire either internal or former Pats guys who Bob can control. He could be a great coach but I think this is a very tough job post Hoody!
  8. Not an overreaction. Bunch of people died in the last one. So guess thats the overreaction. I would be thrilled to be wrong about the state of emergency situation.
  9. Outside of the safety issue which should be the #1 priority.. this is an equalizer for the inferior team. This has that Colts Bills vibe that was a complete 50/50. If I’m the Bills I’m pushing for Monday for both reasons. Mind boggling to me the spread remains at 9ish.
  10. Exactly, then as the play developed JA made the most of what was available. If Gabe doesn’t trip he has a shot at the ball. You can argue for a better play call and execution. But once it’s falling apart I don’t blame Josh for trying.
  11. I couldn’t agree with you more. It’s shocking it hasn’t been moved already. Health and safety of many people at risk.
  12. I wasn’t aware the Steelers were a great running team ? Bills 27-16.
  13. As are the 44 TDs.. I’ll take him for any one game vs anyone. In particular MR !!
  14. Would have loved 5 more years of Hoody picking talent for the Pats. That roster is void of playmakers and a QB. Draft gives them the 3rd or 4th qb.. could end up being Josh Allen or the UCLA guy who was so bad I can’t remember his name. Vrabel to me brings the same limited O strong D approach.I hope they stay in the Patriot way legacy bucket as I think that model is flawed in the current NFL.
  15. Penalty gives Bills 1 more play. Yes but penalty if called property, Bills get one more play. Hmm why would it not be spotted from the half yard line ? As TJ caught the ball at that point. If an extra down why would the Bills lose yardage. It’s not like it’s a 5 yard Offside. I think it would go from where the Bills had possession and marked from that spot.
  16. I think if Josh leads him by about 2 more feet he scores. I have no problem with the decision to throw it. And as stated it was a clear helmet to helmet and ball at 6 inch line. Josh scores on the next play about 90% likely.
  17. On the TJ throw the read was fine.. if he leads him he scores. Also obvious targeting on the tackle, should have been one more play. The 2nd int (like several he has thrown this year) was a good decision on 4th down. If GD doesn’t trip he has a shot at it. Either way it’s the best he could do. The first one.. just throw it away.
  18. Exactly several do both very well. He’s keeping the DC role.
  19. Bit confused. The D has been strong considering the injuries. The team has won 5 in a row so the timing is odd. I wanted him gone after 13 seconds. But I think it’s a 99% chance he’s back and will be the DC. If the Bills lose to Pittsburgh that’s possible. Otherwise not happening.
  20. Don’t see him doing that. He’s a HC and either Chargers or Pats if BB is out.
  21. And McDermy will continue as DC. He likes doing it and the D is better.
  22. Bills KC at home. Take down Patty and show him what the other QBs have dealt with his entire blessed career. Browns go to Baltimore in a close to 50/50 game. It’s not inconceivable they could host the AFC championship. But enough of the hypothetical. The Steelers will make life difficult and with bad weather it’s gonna be a grind.
  23. Thought he would be too old post the game show host career, but he proved the doubters wrong. Great communicator but that blitz scheme fits todays NFL like the leisure suits he used to wear 😂
  24. Yeah I don’t see 30%.. maybe 10,000 max.. Do Steeler fans think they have a SB team ? Bad weather Watt out, I just don’t see it.
