  1. How about the specific info he talked about? farewell resigning not being fired the Diggs confrontation
  2. I disagree. I subscribe and Tyler didn’t get into specifics on WGR as he wants to make a living. Interesting stuff from the article for those who don’t subscribe: Farewell called a deep left squib quick (which he uses interchangeable for a pooch kick). McD overruled him told Bass to kick deep and this wasn’t communicated to the rest of the ST, hence the confusion. Farewell was not fired, he resigned over this. It was kept quiet so He could get another job. on the 2 defensive plays, #39 was told to play exactly where he did in relation to Hill then Kelsey. Players also questioned why poyer and Hyde played 35 yards off the ball. Diggs confronted the defense in the locker and almost came to blows with a defensive player before Hughes intervened. At that point McD cooled it down saying the blame is on him not on anybody else. This is the only time he ever spoke about the 13 seconds with any of the players. mckenzie was not a source for this story. if Tyler is making this sh*t up, he has an amazing imagination. there’s probably more in the story that I’m forgetting. Just when I was getting over it this drags me back in
  3. It was the same idiot on both calls. The 1pm-3pm laughed at him so he called bulldog at 3:10 to bring it up again and basically got laughed at again
  4. GA guy might be the better prospect. Do what we did with our PK, invest one of our 6’s in a punter
  5. Can he hold for FGs though? Not joking as he was also a PK so has no experience holding i wouldn’t be opposed to spending our late 5th on him but nothing earlier. I can’t remember his name but there’s a 2nd elite punter in this years draft class, some rankings have him higher
  6. 2m more? Nope it would cost a total of $2m to put it downtown vs $1.4m in OP. doesn’t matter anyway as it’s going in OP
  7. Sanders said, and I’m quoting, “I saw Gabe in practice and wondered why they signed me.” Now teammates talk up teammates but he didn’t need to say it and all. I choose to trust a player’s evaluation
  8. No trades/PFN simulator 1 Elam cb 2 McBride te 3 metchie III wr 4 ridgeway DT 5 Schaffer g 6 Marcus Jones cb 6 McKenzie t 7 Araiza P 7 parham g
  9. He did have that 40 or so yard td vs the pats in the playoffs and the 20 yard reception setting up Davis’s 4th td on the next play vs kc. So he still was making plays. But his production did diminish as the season went on
  10. Beane was coaching the last 13 seconds? Wow good to know, had no clue….
  11. I think Buffalo at home would have beaten cinci and it wouldn’t have been close. Vs LA it would have been closer but believe we would have been favored and would have won. And then our coaches went and f@cked everything up…
  12. And there are plenty of DEs available on FA. Will be $$ picking the right one is key. I Personally like Clowney
  13. He overachieved for an undrafted player but watch him vs kc in the last game and tell me he’s worth $10m. Draft a CB at 25 I collect the comp pick from Wallace singing for $10m elsewhere
  14. Mitchell is in 10th place and is playing tomorrow. Only the top 25 pro-am partners play tomorrow - so Josh is done unfortunately. He needed -19 or better and ended up -15.
  15. Ahh got ya - yep that’s it. Makes sense now - Mitchell said as a joke that he only needs Josh to par the 9 toughest holes. This is because Josh is playing to a 9 and a par on the toughest 9 = a birdie
  16. Nope. It’s a real tournament for the pros so can’t be best bal. scoring is best hole score pro or amateur. Amateur gets a stroke for holes lower than handicap. Meaning for a 6 handicapper, they get a stroke on the 5 toughest holes
  17. Ahh yes - momentary mind lapse. I guess he’s not celebrity enough for this tournament cuz I’m sure he’d love to play it.
  18. Josh just birdied 13 to get his team to -11, -7 on the day. 4th best team score on the day so far
  19. With Josh’s low handicap it’s hard for him to contribute. If he’s had a 7 handicap (which I think is close to what he is) he only contributes to the team with a birdie on handicap holes 8-18 and with a par on handicap holes 1-7. He’s not going to birdie these courses very often and paring the toughest 7 holes is tough. His best chance to help the team is paring a hole his partner bogeys. yesterday Mitchell was -2 and the team was -4 so Allen contributing two strokes. Today Mitchell is -3 through 9 (just bogeyed hole 9) and the team is -8 through 8 Mitchell bogeyed 9 but team is still -8 through 9 so Josh must have contributed on 9 with a par
  20. Correct - it’s weird in that the pro can be way out of the regular tournament but is still playing due to the pro-am format another cool thing is Josh’s father is caddying for him
  21. Mitchell is -1 and the team is -3 so looks like Josh has had at least a couple of good holes for the team
