  1. I thought he looked great the last 2 drives. Moved the team 65 yards in a minute for the tying field goal (and could have had a winning drive if there were a couple of more seconds left after the PI call) and looked in control on the last drive until the ill-advised pass. Bad decisions, bad execution but not sugar high Josh
  2. Game altering plays today that if go the other way we win: 1. Fumble by singletary when we're driving to basically put the game away 2. How do you give up an 81 yard run when up 17? By letting up and a big wiff of a tackle by #46 3. On 2nd and 2 from the 4, run the fkn ball (by Josh if you wish), 3 straight times if needed. It would work. Dorsey short yardage brain fart per usual 4. One handed catch on 4th and 18 - knock the fckn ball down Lewis. Football 101 stuff 4. PI call against #46 on 2nd and 22 - inexcusable 5. Simple center QB exchange fumbled. Really, how does that possibly happen?? 6. Late in regulation a PI is called at the 10. 2 more seconds on the clock, we could have run another play before the FG. 5 seconds left and we can't. 7. Knox almost caught the ball in the endzone in OT. Pretty blatant PI, no call. 8. On game ending INT, check down to Singletary instead. He would have caught it on around the 15 with defenders at the 10 and 5. Probably doesn't result in a TD (Singletary doesn't do that) but does probably get a 1st down, or at worst, 3rd and very short. There's probably more stuff I'm missing....frustrating.....on to Cleveland
  3. taking a safety is absolutely 100% the wrong thing to do. up by 6 it's a discussion. Those who think we should have taken a safety simply don't understand football. Don't fumble to ball, fall forward, game over. Josh fumbled, Morse got blown up and Diggs pushed Josh forward away from the ball.
  4. there's no such thing as an idiotic thread, just idiotic people who make threads. Tre isn't making the decision.....
  5. oh great - just what we need - a 7th Josh Allen thread. Josh played heroic yet did inevitably lose you the game. Grated he wasn't the CB (lewis anyone) going for an INT on 4th and 18 instead of knocking the fkn ball down. Currently Josh is trying to do too much. With no running game he's putting it all on his shoulders. Once he starts taking the check down more (which was open all game vs the Jets nd probably was today - have to watch the film) he'll be fine and the int's will go away. speaking of checkdowns, where is Hines in this offense??
  6. we'll be fine. I think we're unbeatable when nit beating ourselves with penalties (3 holdings today and a PI on 2nd at 24), turnovers, bad coaching I2nd and 2 on the 4 - run the fkn ball 3 times!!) and head scratching plays (Cam Lewis anyone and #46's wiff on the 81 yard run)
  7. did you not watch him mid-season last year? Short memory - he'll be quite fine
  8. why don't you go pick another team to root for. He also leads the league in passing yards and played with an elbow most others probably sit out with. our you one of those that wish we still took Rosen?
  9. marked If we stop beating ourselves we'll win every week. About a dozen things could have been done differently and we win; the two worst for me are of course the fumble on our goalline and Lewis trying to intercept the ball on 4th and 18. two football 101 fundamentl plays. Knock the fkn ball down.
  10. We need a big stop to start the 3rd. Cousins looks like he wants to turn over the ball a sack would be good - not enough pass pressure on the 1st half Von is good for one to two big plays per game - no so far!!
  11. Who in the world would schedule this during a Bills game?? Schedule it Saturday or at 4:15pm
  12. I was very critical of the game management at the end of the half vs jets last week. This week the clock mgmt was perfect. Ran a lot of clock, but always want to keep a time out in case of a sack or pass inbounds.
  13. I think it comes down to $$ and he goes elswhere
  14. Ughh 33 seconds left on the ten yard line is perfect game management. Also, only leaving 28 seconds for Minnesota after the td was great.
  15. SO......this theory has Josh really not healthy enough to play, put will take the first snap for whatever reason. Then we play the rest of the game with 1 QB, as Barkley wasn't activated and Josh is really not healthy enough to play. Make absolutely no sense. We may be run heavy today, but Josh is starting and playing the whole game
  16. We activated Tre on the very last day we could. If we wouldn't have activated him on the Tuesday that we did, he couldn't have been activated for the rest of the year
  17. With ACL surgery, football players often injure complimentary when they come back - the other ACL, achilles, hamstring. They seem to be extremely cautious here, making sure we have him for late in the season. With Josh, the same doesn't seem to apply. Meaning, one would assume, there's no risk to further injure the elbow by playing.
  18. you can go ahead and rule it out.
  19. no
  20. no - what doesn't make sense - not elevating Barkley and having Josh back up. If he wasn't ready to start they would have elevated Barkley and let him back up. Common sense - hes fine and is starting
  21. why would we elevate him if he wasn't going to play at least a bit?
  22. This is just plain stupid
  23. This may be the most idiotic thing I’ve ever read
