  1. As stated before, it's a no brainer: Trade 27 and a 5th for 34, a 7th and DHOP with ARI retaining $10m. DHOP restructures with Buffalo to even further reduce the cap hit. ARI's new GM can say he did well cuz he moved up for another 1st. We get DHOP, our choice of MLB at 34 and BPA at 59 (thinking OLINE, TE or DT), BPA at 91 (TE or DL or OL) and BPA at 130 (what's remaining between TE, OL and DL). Slam dunk, off-season won
  2. As is every team in the NFL who has an elite QB......
  3. Yep and if another DHOP thread damages a person’s life beyond repair, don’t read the fkng text. Why are people so fkng sensitive to one more thread on a message board? Grow up
  4. They can coexist - they’re close friends and want to win firsr
  5. Agreed - nobody is forcing you to read another DHOP thread. If you’re offended, don’t go on the thread Then don’t participate on this one
  6. I voted yes, because it's a given that DHOP's cap hit would be greatly reduced for Buffalo, otherwise the trade would be impossible anyway (couldn't fit him under the cap). 2 scenario's I could see: 1. Bills trade pick #59 for DHOP - ARI retains salary and DHOP restructures to make contract cap friendly. Bills then trades #27 for a low to mid 2nd rounder along with a 3rd or 4th. In the 2nd they draft their future starting MLB 2. Bills trade pick #27, and pick #130 (our 4th) for DHOP, #34 and pick #180 (6th). ARI retains salary and DHOP restructures to make contract cap friendly. Bills pick our future starting MLB at #34 or a stud TE (maybe even after another trade down into the middle 2nd) and the best available player at #59 (TE/MLB, DT or OL) Love this as that TE is ridiculous and should be available, but no MLB picked in the 1st 2 rounds keeps us pretty vulnerable there. Of course, with the offense you propose Defense wouldn't matter as much and we could always sign one post 6/1 cuts
  7. Cuz he doesn’t know anything
  8. At this point, if I’m Beane, I make a fair contract to OBJ and end the drama
  9. Both have concerns as any team does: MIA does Tua stay healthy? NYJ can their D replicate, A lot of new parts - do they mesh, when will Rodgers fall off a cliff?
  10. Josh Allen vs the Russ Wilson Disaster
  11. I think someone earlier in the thread posted he was rated #100 WR which is a low #3.
  12. Yep - I was being conservative with my +7m cap hit projection for DHOP as I don't know much salary the cardinals will be willing to retain (if any) and I'm not sure how much future cap implications Beane's willing to take on. To get to 4.5 this year Beane would have to add to voidable years to the end of DHOPs restructure contract will high cap ramifications. I think the Bills would love DHOP and DHOP would love the Bills but there are significant obstacles in a trade scenario: 1. Draft picks - Will the Cardinal's ask become reasonable and will a current Bills player be added as a sweetener? 2. Are other teams interested in DHOP? 3. Can Beane make the cap work and is he willing to? 4. Will Pegula be willing to open his wallet again for a DHOP and probably another player restructure? Every restructure where salary turns into a signing bonus, Pegula has to pay the whole lump sum bonus upfront. A lot of obstacles which indicates to me it probably won't happen. The important thing here though is it seems Beane is not satisfied with the status quo at WR? Diggs is a legitimate #1 but Davis is not a legit #2, he's an average to above average #3. There are options for that #2 besided DHOP - Jeudy (probably too pricey), other WRs available in a trade that we haven't heard about and pick #27
  13. Absolutely he's available. Problem is, as I see it, is the Cardinal's GM is new and doesn't want to be perceived as "fleeced" in his first deal. I say sign Calais Campbell and an offer of Oliver and a 4th or 5th for DHOP will get it done. Then sign Bobby Wagner and offseason, other than draft, is real ands spectacular Salary Cap implications: Oliver - 10m Campbell - +4m Wagner +7m DHOP with salary retention and resturcture +7m Net gain to cap of +8M and we're under cap by about $11m right now, I think? That leaves enough to sign draft picks, though Beane will probably restructure someone. I say add a year to Hyde's deal (to align him with Poyer's contract) and he could free up about $4m there
  14. Except for that initial 1.4billion entry fee
  15. Which means we certainly might be reaching out to Bobby Wagner which would be pretty great
  16. Nope - I’m not on Instagram either and clicking the link gives me no picture??
  17. If ARI doesn't want to hold onto any of his salary, I doubt there's going to be a deal done with anybody. Nobody is taking on $19m salary for this year
  18. That's awesome Chevy - thank you!! Some people choose a life of compassion and giving, like you; others choose one of hating, like the person who posted that dribble.
  19. The Net Jet the Pegula's use is indeed scheduled to go from Buffalo to Phoenix today DHOP is confirmed to be in Dallas, at least as of yesterday
  20. Yep and as good as Diggs is, an argument can easily be made that DHOP is still as good, maybe better than Diggs. Josh>>>>>Murray and the other castoffs. Injuries and suspensions nonwithstanding
  21. This is fun for all of us to do, BUT it’s not realistic - Beane doesn’t have a tendency to trade down and certainly not that much from #27. like your detail, perhaps you can post one without the trades
  22. I’ll start with one Amen brother
  23. Excellent point - I was thinking the same thing and hoping…..
  24. What’s there to feel? I would cut off my right ball with a butter knife and not have another winning record for a decade for a SB. 57+ years without a Stanley cup or a football championship is fukking enough.
