  1. then do some more research
  2. McConkey
  3. Cuz all Dlman are rotational players and are elite. There are 15+ safeties still without deals that were starters last year. If Arik was signed you'd go WR 28 and safety at 60 who would likely start. If your patient, you'll probably as get a good safety at a bargain price. I wouldn't have signed Rapp so early
  4. According to Beane and McD, milano broke his leg but had not ligament damage
  5. Duffs at 9:30am interesting. Rather see that $ spent on a wr (Mike Williams anyone?) with a dl drafted at 60 or in the 4th to complement Oliver and Daquan
  6. Douglas and #47, no?
  7. I predict a taron extension freeing up cap
  8. Gabe replacement comes at #28 or earlier with a trade up
  9. Looks to me like kj’s stats last year were worse than 2021 and 2022 Bit on a 1st rd wr and that changes quickly
  10. We cut him so glad for him that he found a place to play
  11. All true - there are a lot of UFA safeties - I’m sure Beane will sign one but isn’t paying a lot. Otherwise he would have kept poyer at $6m
  12. Good safeties can be found late in the draft. Hyde and poyer, for instance, were both late rd picks I believe
  13. I’m saying wr at #17, specifically Thomas if he’s still available. If he’s gone you stay at 28 and take your fav of worthy, Legette, Ladd, or Adonai. My preference is Ladd but I don’t think that’s buffalo preference. Adonai has buffalo written all over them
  14. So if we’re still a little over the cap, we need to restructure/extend players before the leagues new year starting tomorrow. So we should hear something in Milano/Taron I would think??
  15. Whom else could be signed elsewhere and give us comp picks? Off the top of my head, Hyde, Dane Jackson, Dodson, Poona ford, that other DT we signed, Sherfield, maybe more? none of these would bring much but still could bring something. A 7th could turn into a Dane Jackson type or a punter
  16. Problem is Lamar is still their QB come playoff time - All he does is find ways to lose
  17. Josh has never been one to ruffle feathers, so he's never "forcing himself out of Buffalo."
  18. Interesting concept of Josh Bolting to California after 2026. Maybe explain how he's getting out of the 2027 and 2028 portion of his current contract.......waiting with popcorn.....
  19. the player or the coaching? Though I never like Levi, though he was an UDFA so shouldn't have expected much
  20. And also use a 5th, maybe even a 4th fro a 2nd WR
  21. JAG: nothing more, maybe less
  22. Agreed. I see us signing a Mooney type UFA for around $5m and trading up in the 1st for the Wr we want. Beane isn’t using all 11 draft picks and easily had the ammunition to move from 28 to the mid/high teens if Thomas falls to there
  23. Agreed. I think Beane really wants Thomas but wont be able to get him unless he drops into the 20s
  24. I still find myself gravitating to McConkey at 28. I know at 6'0" he's not a true outside receiver, but I think he'd move all around our offensive scheme and catch 80-100 passes. Combine him with a more tradition outside wr via UFA or maybe draft another WR in rd 4 like Johnny wilson, Brenden Rice (pedigree), Javon Baker or Jacob Cowing. I just have a feeling if we don't draft McConkey we'll regret it. NOW, if Thomas slips to 28, or if we can trade up to grab him, I'm all for that!! Will be fun nonetheless
