Not sure if anyone who went to the Colts game noticed, but does anyone know if the Buffalo Field House is opening back up this season? I plan to take the kid to a game and she liked the interactive stuff in there. I couldn’t find anything on Google or the Bills website

Chargers Safety Derwin James Massive New Contract
Virgil replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall
For that much money, she might be sliding into James’ DMs -
That’s an early cut. Not sure if it was a veteran kindness to give him time to sign somewhere else, or if he was truly that bad

Thoughts about starters during the rest of preseason
Virgil replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall
If we were playing the Jets in week 1, then I wouldn't let the starters see the field for the entire preseason. But since we start on the road against the Rams, I think they need to take a few hits and get the brain going. I don't want them to knock the rust off at halftime and it's too late to recover -
How many trades does Beane make the next 3 weeks?
Virgil replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Oh, I don't think we'd get offered more than a bag of rocks, but I still think he could be getting displayed just in case -
I agree with their career stats, however I think familiarity in the system is also important. Matt knows the system better, updated or not, and neither are going to see a lot of snaps with Josh running the position. I don't know that Barkley might not be a better back-up in this situation.

I could see Moss traded, Blackshear on the practice squad, with Motor, Cook, and Jones as our starters. Jones always makes it due to special teams. Blackshear could be called up at any time to start, or be our number 4. Motor could potentially be re-signed, but I agree it's doubtful. -
I don't think it's an over-reaction. Barkley has shown flashes of being a short term capable starter. The theme of my entire post was that Beane is probably looking for guys we can keep for depth that are cheaper options than others. Barkley is cheaper than Keenum. If Barkley proves he can get the job done for a few games is someone (I won't say it) gets injured, then that cap savings could help us.

I left the first game thinking the opposite. I want to see Barkley get the first reps over Keenum.

It felt to me like Moss, AJ, and Ford were all on display to potential trade partners. Crowder felt like he was out their fighting for a roster spot. I could be wrong, but with so few available positions and salary cap, those are all guys who could save us a couple hundred thousand-mil if released/traded. I think Boogie and AJ are fighting for the same spot, with the Boogie in the lead right now. Moss is a numbers game. Ford is….well, Ford -
I don’t think the ball was the only thing that got creamed when he kicked that punt.

Wait until the week of the game. You’ll find lower bowl tickets for well under $200. I went to a few games last year and it went the same way

Fell's Point is good. Since you are in Baltimore, I recommend the following: 1 - Drive directly to your location. Besides the Inner Harbor, Canton, and Fells Point, I wouldn't recommend walking around a lot. It's not that all areas are bad, it's that you can end up in a bad area unintentionally quickly. 2 - For Crab Cakes - Jimmy's Famous Seafood or Pappas 3 - If you want one of the best steaks and overall really good food, I recommend Michael's on Eastern Ave. It has an Elks lodge feel 4 - Tailgating is on concrete parking lots and traffic sucks. They do have those rental scooters which are actually fun and useful. Food in the stadium is solid and there's a Jimmy's inside as well. The crab Pretzel is popular 5 - Don't worry about wearing Bills gear. I've done it for years there

But how else will I get my Kiko jersey?

Will there be private rooms? Maybe rooms that only @Gugny and I will I’ve access to?

I really think people underestimate how high the coaches are on Dane Jackson. I do agree with a veteran signing for depth because we are another injury away from being in trouble. But when Tre is back, we are in great shape, decent now with Jackson and Elam

We are hiring Wrex Ryan back so we can drop Miller into zone coverage

I sadly think this is exactly what the NFL wanted. They can now wash their hands of the situation and attempt to look like the good guys. They let a 3rd party female decide on the outcome and now they can appeal as a sign of “outrage.” The whole punishment process needs to be re-evaluated. I know the NFLPA has to fight for their guys no matter what, but I wish the NFL would have given Watson the indefinite suspension like Garret and make him earn his way back. I would love to have seen the NFLPA publicly try to fight back and justify Watson’s actions. The whole thing sucks. The end result is that Watson ends up in a better situation, more money, and a free 6 week vacation. Pathetic.
