Everyone wants to avoid how Singletary can't score touchdowns. The guy simple sucks at getting into the end zone. The stats don't lie. Fournette got 4 tds yesterday which equates to Singletary's career numbers. I guess it's no biggie to have your featured back score tds.

They didn't make the playoffs and beat the Billa because of Bortels. He sucked pretty much the whole year and they won despite him. He couldn't pass for dog poop and hia legs were his best asset. The team won because of there defense and pounding the rock with Fournette. Absolutely! Agree 100%.

I think the Patriots are better in the trenches. I'm not sure the Bills will be able to stop the Patriots balanced attack. Additionally, I don't see the Bills slowing down the Pats pass rush. Buffalo has some advantages. Home crowd should help, a superior QB, and a much better receiving core. I think this is a field goal game either way. I'd take the Pats +3.5.

Who was his QB? What team did he play for? Paint the whole picture please. No but the great Jacksonville team did. I believe he was being led by future hall of framer Blake Bortles.

Knowing what we know now, anyone that knows football would take Fournette over Singletary. So stop with the stats.

The young QB looks very poised and dialed into the Patriots offensive schemes. Their rush game and Oline are solid too. I suspect it will be difficult to sack him because he's going to get rid of the ball quickly. He seems really intelligent and able to make the right reads. Lastly, I'm fearful that Allen will not have time to throw. I don't know how the Bills Oline slows down their pass rush.

Wow! This has to be one of the best posts I've read. Absolutely spot on and brutally honest. I look forward to seeing more of your input. It was a pleasure. Well said well done.👍

So true and good point. Buffalo missed it but so did every other team except the Patriots. The comparasion isnt really fair because Fournette was a known commodity. His production went downhill due to being in Jacksonville and being unhappy. His skill set was pretty well known. People here tend to forget how effective he was. Playerprofiler.com has him ranked as RB12. Yet, you guys want sell me Singletary. Lol

Come on Thurman, Singletary is a dime a dozen in the NFL. Nothing special about the guy. He's replaceable in a heart beat. The Bills brass drafted Moss and seemingly liked him better. They both are adequate at best. At least Fournette can find the end zone and get the tough yards on 3rd and 4th down.
-
Are you saying Singletary is better than Fournette? Can Singletary get into the end zone? Let's get real. How many TDs jas he scored? Singletary can't move a pile or get a 1 yard on 3rd down. Why you think they drafted Moss.

I'm not buying the he didn't want to come to Buffalo. Buffalo was and is a place lots of players want to play at. Buffalo has a solid reputation now and the team is looked at as a top tier AFC team by many. I believe they could have landed him if they really wanted too. At that time, I felt like he was worth getting vs an unknown or mediocre RB from the draft. Let's not forget Fournette was a beast for awhile in Jacksonville. We all should have known the talent was there. The front office has failed to adequately provide a solid running game with a solid offensive line. Until then hope and pray Allen is "god like" on the field. Right on! This is fair. 👍

That would help for sure. Fournette has been very good for Tampa not only today. He was very good in the playoffs and super bowl.

The Bills had a chance to pick up Fournette. Easy to play armchair QB but I remember wanting the Bills to sign him. Instead the Bills are left with Moss, Motor, and Breida. None of these guys compare to Fournette. The Bills as many other teams whiffed on him.

Very good post. Brieda is a pure speed guy who is effective getting 5 to 10 touches a game. Outside runs and short passes and see if he can take it to the house. Last game was an example of his skill set when he took that screen in for a TD. He's a piece on the offense that makes the Bills more dangerous.
-
His speed is dynamic. Used correctly he can be a very nice weapon for the Bills. We've seen it the few games he's played.

Oh I agree. We can only hope Diggs goes down too for extra motivation.

Perhaps no dominant team. KC looks to be coming into form. I don't recall saying there was one? Correct me if I'm wrong. It's more about the Bills weaknesses that is most likely going to stop them from winning in the playoffs. Assuming they make it there. They have weaker lines on both sides of the ball. They can be "manhandled" on both sides of the line. Look at the Jags, Tenn, Pitt, and Colts game for proof. Weak in the trenches usually gets exploited vs playoff teams. Let's be honest here.

I'm not placing too much on the rookie QB label. The kid looks to be a perfect fit for the Pats. Give the Pats coaching staff credit for creating a system that makes Jones even better. Jones looks light years ahead of his QB rookie label. Their offense has a solid running game too which contribute to the quick passing attack. It's best if the Bills can jump on the Pats early. Maybe score early and get a turnover or two. I don't believe the Pats will be able to overcome a large deficit. They are 7-4 and playing great.

Disagree with the your comments about Tre. He is elite and a lock down corner. His injury will clearly weaken the Bills defense significantly. The whole field is open for opposing QBs. Couple that with an inefficienct or consistent pass rush and run stop. It's no a recipe to make a deep playoff run or a super bowl appearance. We better hope Allen and the offense turn it on. Go Bills Agree never give up. I suspect the Bills will fight and be resilient. Just feels like they come up a little short due to talent not effort.

Hoping for a big Bills win. I've seen the Pats play a few times. Currently, they look very balanced on offense. Rb Harris looks solid and Jones dinks and dunks it all over the field. He is poised in the face of pressure and gets rid of the ball quickly. How is the best way to attack their offense and how and can the Bills stop them? Defensively, the Pats are excellent. Judon is a beast and I have no idea how the Bills can stop him. Additionally, the Pats play a very good zone defense that gives Allen trouble. This could be a long game for the Bills offense. The crowd will be in a frenzy and that should help. Perhaps extra motivation for the Tre injury. Hoping the "rookie" comes out of Jones. The Bills get several turnovers and continue utilizes Breida and The run game.
