  1. For a few years now the Bills have not had enough difference makers. Allen on offense masks a lot. On offense, I think Cook is the only difference maker. The whole online is really good too which is huge. On defense, maybe Benford and Bosa has potential. I'm not sold on Oliver; he flashes in some games and then disappears in others. I think it's a great roster for the regular but come playoff time the Bills lack of a difference makers has certainly hurt them. We will see how it plays out this year. On the downside, I still not encouraged about McD's ability to get over the hump and lead the team to a SB. I think it's Allen willing the team to the SB despite of coach McD. Similar, to when Flacco led the Ravens to a SB win.
  2. Any thoughts on Shaq Thompson if he's cleared to play. The guy looks like he has some gas left in the tank. I'm thinking he can be serviceable and not a liability out there.
  3. Agree Davis hasn't done much when called upon. He looks hesitant and slow with his eyes to hit the hole. Hoping he will be a bigger impact going forward.
  4. Bills 31 Dolphins 23
  5. Really strange hearing it's a pectoral injury. Sure seems like he pulled up with a hamstring injury. Wondering if he has both going on. Milano is a walking injury. There's no way he's a Bill next year and if he surprised if he can contribute much this year. He was a very good player for a while.
  6. Buffalo Joe time.
  7. I don't think I saw him playing in the second half. I think he can up limping after running after Fields. Kind of scary because non contact injuries seem to be pretty bad. Does anyone have any updates on him?
  8. Credit the players and coaches for making it easy. That says a lot about this team. It's never easy in the NFL.
  9. Very good game by the Bills. They took care of business. Very workman like and professional. McD has the team ready and the defense looked good. Overall, a solid win against division rival on the road. Impressive on many levels. Go Bills!
  10. The Jets looked good vs Pitt. Fields can be dangerous and Hall and Wilson are damn good. The Bills are the better team and hopefully play like they are. I'm worried about the Bills defense.
  11. Let's go Bills! Expecting a tough inner division game.
  12. Right now it's a one game at a time mentality for the Bills. Talk about one seed and Super Bowl thoughts are months away.
  13. I suggested it was an injury that was going to have him out for multiple weeks. I think he will go on IR too
  14. Packers defense looks very good. Parsons making everyone better. Early going looks like Philly and GB for the NFC championship game.
  15. Rough night for Daniels. He doesn't look pissed and his eyes look slow.
  16. The walking wounded.
  17. Can't imagine how he won't miss at least a couple of games or more. A walking boot and a scooter does not scream he will play soon. Huge blow to the already suspect defense.
  18. I also think there will be more negative sentiment towards McD if he fails again in the playoffs. Similar to Tomlin and Harbaugh. All three are very good coaches. The defining factor and difference is two out of three have an important ring. Not an insignificant factor.
  19. Bills 28 Jets 27 Hard fought division win by the Bills. Side note: I really like Jets plus 6.5 points for those betters out there.
  20. Agree, I like the coaches rhetoric and attitude. However, his defense has a lot to prove. Lots of youngsters, missing pieces, and new coaches. It's week 1. The defense has time to improve but who knows if it will. The Ravens are the absolute worst matchup for the Bills D. I think the defense is a work in progress. Hopefully, by playoff time they are healthy and formidable. In the end, I think it's Allen and the offense that will win us most games. I'm a bit concerned about Bernard. I don't think he's shown much after his breakout season. Maybe I'm wrong.
  21. QBs don't or won't make that throw not because they can't make the throw. They don't make that throw because it's a low percentage pass. A high risk pass. It requires the WR to make a precise route and the QB to be accurate and fit the ball into a window. But to imply a NFL QB can't make that pass is silly. The top 10 QBs will make that pass every time even under those circumstances. That's what makes them top 10. Most coaches probably don't make that call though. I'm sure the Bills end maybe Allen saw that the Ravens could be beat on that type of play. Like I said previously, it was great execution by the Bills offense. But let's curtail your original premise.
  22. He was a very good throw. However, most NFL QBs should be able to make that throw. It was more of a touch and accuracy throw. More than 3 or 4 NFL QBs can make that throw. Nevertheless, under the circumstances it was elite execution of by QB and WR.
  23. I thought he punted poorly vs the Ravens.
  24. What does he wasn't open in the traditional sense mean? Strange terminology. He was open and Josh fit it in the open window.
  25. Josh make a great throw under the circumstances. Palmer was open too.
