  1. Just curious how do you know "we will be fine?" Curious as to you opinion on Allen played today? Your opinion on the Bills defense? Oline? Is it allowed that people constructively criticise players and coaches who under preform? Or are they just labeled trolls, doom and gloomers, and or haters. Help us understand you mindset. Wondering are you an "expert fan?" I don't think the posters here hate the Bills as you claim. Does hating equal saying negative things about the Bills? Are some on here unrealistically optimistic? Make all kind if excuses for players and coaches? Your thread is foolish...
  2. True, it cuts both ways. Generally speaking, it has negative connotations. The term "franchise QB" is term used for the elite Qbs. No doubt Allen earned that title last year. However, it was a very small sample size. Imho, he isn't earning that title in this early season. Time will tell what label he will receive.
  3. The Bills didn't make Allen the highest paid QB to be a game manager. I'm speechless.
  4. Not sure what game you watched. Allen played poorly. He missed several throws, was very inaccurate, was fortunate not to have several picks, stared down receivers, threw off his back foot, etc. He was 17-33 for 179 yards. 2 tds and 1 not. Maybe I'm lost... Finally someone who isn't afraid to say what he sees! Thank you. It's crazy how honest assessments of poor play gets criticized here. You get branded a hater or a troll. I never get that. I think its ok to criticize and praise when appropriate. Right now, Allen deserves the criticism.
  5. I'm concerned because the issues he had pre draft and his rookie season are apparent again. He isn't seeing the field, very inaccurate, seems to have lost confidence, and his foot work is poor. Not sure how as a fan it's not concerning? How can anyone not be thinking last season might be an anomaly? It's pretty rare that franchise Qbs have several poor games in a row. He hasn't played well since the Indy game. Its the "big elephant" in the room that no one wants to honestly confront.
  6. True but on the score card it shows a par. In this case a "W." Sonetimes that chip gives you confidence and you start stroking the ball better and you have a great round. You see where I'm going...
  7. For me, Edmunds has largely been a disappoitment. He makes a few nice play but he always misses keep plays and gap containment. In a nutshell, he isn't consistent enough to be an elite LB.
  8. The defense was outstanding. However, the 2 teams they have played aren't exactly offensive juggernauts. Nevertheless, I like what I'm seeing. Bigger tests are ahead.
  9. My general thoughts about the game: - Bills took care of business and won easily vs a division rival on the road. - Defense is playing lights out. - Offense seems problematic. Allen is not sharp, footwork is poor, vision is not great, and seems to be thinking too much. Will need him to play better vs top teams. Hoping he can turn things around. - Bills can run the ball! They need to be more balanced to keep the pressure off Allen. Still perplexed at why Moss was a healthy scratch week 1. - Bills coaching staff were more prepared this week. Came right out from halftime and got 7. - Today was fun to watch a stress free Bills win. - The pass rush was outstanding. Does anyone know how much we blitzed vs getting pressure with our front? The dolphins had no answers for the Bills constant pressure. - One of the major keys to victory were the turnovers. I'd like to think the Bills had a lot to do with that. However, it felt like Miami gave us a few gifts. - Does anyone cringe like me when the Bills punt the ball? Seems like it's going to get blocked damn near every punt. This might come back to haunt the Bills. - Thought Daboll made some good adjustments. Ran the ball much more. Little more motion, slants, and less empty set formations. - Motor's run was a thing of beauty. He exploded through the whole and he was off to the races. A long time coming. Does anyone feel like he's playing with a chip on his shoulder? Moss is a difference maker in the Bills run game. Tough hard nosed bowling ball. Those 2 tds were hard fought and showed his grit and worth. - Lastly, if wasn't perfect. We can discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the team civilly. I look forward to your thoughts. I
  10. I'm going to enjoy this win. However, what the person said is true. I don't see it as hate rather it constructive criticism.
  11. Let's just enjoy this win. It's week 2 and hopefully the offense will improve. Today was a huge step forward for the Bills. Right now, I feel Great!
  12. This offense is going to be a work in progress. Bills fans have to forget about last season. Looks like the offense ia going to take a few steps backwards and vice versa for the defense. Hopefully, they both peak going into December.
  13. No need to take chances. The Bills D is winning this game. Go up 14 to 0 at half.
  14. It's early but he sure doesn't look like last year. Not even close.
  15. I've been saying Allen is going to regress and people here haven't taken too kindly to my comments.
