  1. Fair points. Perhaps I should clarify. It's the way the Bills are losing and the huge concern and weaknesses in the trenches. Rarely, can teams overcome this. In fact, it hurt the Bills last year and was a major factor why we got beat vs KC. Have we gotten better, the same, or worse? Can the issues be fixed or minimized to make another deep run? Are the red flags waving?
  2. Getting physical isn't the Bills strength. If the Bills get in a physical battle they are likely to lose the game. Allen is going to have to get time and pass the ball all over the field. Run motion, slants, screens, misdirection plays, get Brieda the ball 5 to 10 times, some timely runs, and some RPOs.
  3. Yes. I stand corrected. Thank you.
  4. Meaning last season was a tremendous season. They aren't nearly as good as last year. Outliner as in the Bills defied expectations. Hope that helps.
  5. Disagree. A win is very important. A loss will hurt the Bills playoff chances. I'm afraid this is true. Hope we are wrong.
  6. Why give analysis when you won't agree with it? Do you really need the analysis? Shouldn't your eyes and your football IQ be enough to see it? Elite team are division leaders and they don't get smacked at home vs the Colts and lose on the road to the hapless Jags. Now, go take a seat...
  7. Great response. Very fair and thoughtful post.
  8. Great point. Siemian and Hill should be enough to keep the game close. I won't be surprised if the Saints line up Hill and gash the Bills with the run. Also, the Saints defense has been pretty good not withstanding the Eagles game. They get after the QB and by now we know that's the formula to beat the Bills. I don't see the Bills Oline holding off their pass rush. Factor in home field advantage, Thanksgiving day, Saints coming off a bad loss, Bills won't run the ball, Allen isnt Allen of last year, and both sides of the Bills lines are subpar. Folks, this Bills team is not elite. Last year was an outliner. I know I will get crucified for that statement. The Bills are above average at best. Take the points! No way should the Bills be favored by 6.
  9. No way. I love the fact that the Bills are playing on Thanksgiving day. It's my favorite holiday for many reasons. One being I get to watch football. The excitement will be brewing all day. Hoping the Bills can get the W.
  10. The line was -7 to -7.5. I jumped all over Indy and won. Just upset I didn't play the money line. The Saints and +6 is way too many points. I'm taking it for $100. Probably $25 on the Saints money line. Can't make the same mistake twice.
  11. Not exactly a vote of confidence here. Sounds more like desperation.
  12. It's a work in progress I suppose.
  13. I agree with your co worker that they are excuses. Very nice post.
  14. Good post. I see nothing that gives me hope the Bills dline can effectively stop the Saints run game. I have little faith the Bills Oline can stop Allen from killing killed. Haven't we seen this before? Titans, Colts, and Jags to a certain extent. Anyone have any ideas besides saying or blindly predicting a Bills win? Wow. Are you upset?
  15. I'm predicting a bills loss on Thursday. The team is playing poorly and coaching has been very poor of late. A quick turn around vs a rabid opposition crowd on Thanksgiving day will be too much to over come. I see much of the same. Bills can't stop the run and they can't or won't run well. Josh will be under siege and have a couple turnovers. Bills defense will keep it close due to subpar Saint QB play. NO 21 Bflo 17
  16. I couldn't agree more. Very well said. Almost wants to " make me shout" in a bad way.
  17. I wouldn't go there to say he's been a machine. He's been efficient and effective. He dinks and dunks the ball well. He seems to manage a game and handle pressure well for a young QB. He plays well under their system. He has exceeded my expectations. However, he's not even remotely close to the talent of a Josh Allen. Perhaps the comparasion isn't fair to Jones.
  18. I've watched them. They are playing well, are well coached, have a solid defense, and play within themselves. That may be enough to beat a inconsistent struggling Bills team. On paper, I believe the Bills are a much better team.
  19. I'm not sold on the Patriots. The Bills definitely won't neat the Bucs.
  20. In fairness he hasn't ignored the defensive side of the ball. They made a concentrated effort to improve their pass rush.
  21. I don't see any signs of that. I'm wondering if the players are losing confidence in themselves.
  22. So if the Bills lose in a dome can we stop all thia nonsense about a dome?
  23. Wentz was serviceable. I don't see anything that screams elite or franchise. The Colts beat the Bills via their run game, defense, and a huge special teams play.
