  1. Nice to see him already taking on double teams better these last 2 games. He struggled with that a lot during the preseason.
  2. The run game got stifled, we turned the ball over 3 times, but “everybody eats” is the issue? I don’t get it.
  3. This has nothing to do with the falcons game but I don’t think it warrants its own thread.
  4. Knox has been amazing as a blocker this year, but I agree he’s still overpaid.
  5. Nothing against the standing buffalo but I’d rather have an extra game with the red helmets
  6. Partially yeah. I remember being hype seeing multiple times that he was winning against Benford. In hindsight it’s not as impressive seeing how Benford has played this year.
  7. Epenesa and Bosa have both been great rushing the passer this year. If Ed can provide the interior rush we’ve been lacking the sacks could start piling up.
  8. Probably has something to do with the increasing number of indoor stadiums as well. Would be interesting to see a split of FG% from 50+ and/or 60+ yards in the different stadium types.
  9. Bringing in a former guy because of injuries midseason doesn’t bother me too much. Signing all those former guys during the offseason was really annoying though. Our practice squad is basically becoming a pension program for washed up former Bills.
  10. True but you want the grass to be greener that might be a risk you need to take
  11. He’d be nice but unless the Vikings season starts to go off the rails I don’t think they’ll be looking to trade him.
  12. Would you happen to know what Josh’s completion%, passer rating, etc. are when he does throw down the field compared to the rest of the league? I feel like as long as Josh takes advantage of the opportunities he does get down the field it will help keep defenses honest like you said. Even if it’s not a large volume of attempts.
  13. And that’s just how long it would take his car to travel 60 yards on an empty road. If you account for the speed of the cars traveling towards him it’s likely less than a second before they would’ve collided.
  14. No. The narrative on social media is already shifting to “so what if he was speeding in the oncoming lane he didn’t actually hit anyone so it’s still not his fault”.
  15. Yeah the defense overall needs to get a lot better if we want to win the whole thing. As long as the turnovers don’t become a trend the offense is already plenty good enough.
  16. Shakir and Cook combined only account for 3 of those 19 plays, and one of them was a pass that traveled 20+ yards in the air. Kincaid has 6 of the 19, Coleman and Palmer 3 each, Moore with 2, and Hawes and Samuel with 1 each. The offense didn’t have to be perfect they just had to not turn it over 3 times. The defense wasn’t great but they kept us in a game that could’ve easily gotten out of hand and at least gave the offense a chance to come back.
  17. The Bills have 19 passes of 20+ yards this season. 3rd most in the league. Not too shabby for a team that apparently can’t push the ball down the field. https://www.nfl.com/stats/team-stats/
  18. Fair point but it’s not Coleman’s fault if people’s expectations were too high. I personally thought at the time he was over drafted and still do. He’s been pretty much exactly what I thought he would be so far.
