  1. Maybe they drafted him so that we'd have one player who is not jet-lagged next time we play in England?
  2. So, our designated "tackle-eligible" player?? What's the line on how many TD's he gets this year?
  3. I hope he is a starter and Chris Brown never has to mention his name. When Centers get named, it usually ain't for anything good.
  4. Don't like it. Don't like it at all. At my age, I will never remember all of his names. 🙄
  5. Usually it is because another team is also bidding for that pick and you think they will take your guy. It is a defensive move to block anothetr team from taking who you want. I think?
  6. I don't understand their delay. They've only had, what, 4 months to figure it out and they need another 10 minutes?
  7. Yes, indeed. Getting 25% of the annual profits, plus 25% of the sale of the team in the future is a great investment. I'd do it, but my wife has other ideas for our retirement funds....
  8. I agree that he made some amazing plays and that the Bills were better with him for 4 years. I just don't consider him a "fierce competitor" based on his giving up on certain plays, even if the first down was already made. I'm glad we had him for those years, but I'm not crying that he's gone now. He just frustrated me at times.
  9. He wanted to win, no doubt about that. But I won't miss the way he dove to the ground or ran out of bounds, leaving valuable yardage on the table, just to avoid a hit. I understand wanting to make your career last, but I expect a fierce competitor to fight for yards.
  10. Can Beane teach Adams how to do this with Skinner?
  11. If the Bills had not traded their first round pick for Diggs, they probably would have drafted a WR in the first that year. Also, having Poyer and Hyde reduced the need for a Safety in those first two rounds for quite a while.
  12. So, no more squib kicks? That could impact kickoffs near the end of games.
  13. Is this true? For the 2022 season, my wife and I decided to get season tickets for the Bills. We called, and - boom - we had season tickets. Granted, they were somewhere above where the angels fear to fly, but they weren't bad seats. A lot of people have asked me if it was hard to get season tickets. They were not.
