    We are a perennial playoff team - newsflash - you have to get to the playoffs to win a SB. And I guarantee that if McDermott was fired the fire everybody crowd would erupt again very quickly in the new HC, it’s how they are entertained! Fair enough

    Yes anyone who understands basic football knows this. Those who harp the “pinball wizard point machine” concept normally are more interested in entertainment not football. Defense still matters - you have to stop your opponent from scoring more than you in the allotted time! Football is still won by blocking and tackling better than your opponent.

    It has, no argument, but I still feel for the fans that have been there since the early 1960's and will never forget the great Raiders - Chiefs rivalry going back to the old AFL.

    LA will never embrace an NFL Team, Buffalo style, too much competition on a Sunday afternoon, biking, beaches, outdoor activities and entertainment events. In 1985 I attended a Rams game in LA that featured Eric Dickerson, the home crowd acted bored and disinterested. Reason LA went many years without a team.

    Just win, run, pass, defense, or special teams just win! Too many want the pin ball wizard point machine - long bomb TD every play, appreciate the complete game! Makes sense to me

    My argument is September is the new pre season, unfortunately the games count. Real pretenders and contenders will emerge as October rolls on. Now I do enjoy watching the Ravens struggle!
