  1. If he’s out long term his career could be over…I have 0 faith in the jets to develop a qb with Hackett and Saleh as coaches
  2. Pretty good against the jets defense…that int wasn’t really all that bad strategically that was a pretty decent calculated risk…jets really shouldn’t have intercepted that
  3. It’s literally the jets front office’s own fault though so they can try to say that all they want and would be wrong. They are rolling with a bunch of often injured olinemen and a 38 year old qb that had training camp injuries…there was a pretty good chance this was going to happen
  4. Tua is one of the worst qbs in the league when you get him off schedule/flush him in the pocket. He gets big time tunnel vision. Of course that’s hard to do because his receivers are so dang fast
  5. ‘Force it’ to a wide open stefon diggs or run for an easy 1st down were his two decisions there because he rolled right lol I forgot how dramatic these gameday threads are
  6. Seemed like an ok calculated risk to me…don’t really get why the reaction has been so bad. Jets really shouldn’t have intercepted that that was a bad decision of course it didn’t matter cuz breece hall busted a huge run
  7. Cook made a great blitz pickup on that 3rd down it looked like…I don’t believe that was same ol McDermott
  8. I don’t feel bad really…38 year old qb with two calf injuries preseason and a bunch of injury prone olinemen makin their first start in a long time. A lot of this was calculated risks the jets front office took that are blowing up on them
  9. Looked like he threw it away to me because the window closed very fast
  10. Getting destroyed week 1 I’d say is concerning. If it’s close either way I won’t personally read too much into it though positive or negative. bengals started 2-3 last year but those 3 losses were by a combined total of 8 points. That’s a far cry from getting demolished by the browns haha I’d say their one seed chances took a huge hit with a divisional loss like that. It’s also never good that a division opponent has your number and the browns definitely seem to have the bengals’. So there are some week 1 results that could be an indicator of issues.
  11. That’s wild but could def happen …they’re gonna have to make some big time cuts in other places if they intend on doing that and keeping waddle. to me a lot of what’s working for the dolphins is that offensive system can elevate pretty much any qb so they’re saving a bunch of money there at the moment.
  12. Depends on if the game is close or not…if we get blown out I’d be closer to sounding the alarms. If it’s a close game I wouldn’t read too much into it the rams fans that panicked after getting spanked by the bills in the opener were proven correct lol
  13. If he was a player with actual talent he’d be really good 😂. I kid…but only a little bit
  14. That’s a bit of a goalpost move lol obviously the chiefs have had a lot more success in the playoffs but it has absolutely nothing to do with kadarius Toney. That’s been a poop trade for them so far. I wouldn’t have even given a compensatory 6th for toneys output so far and they traded a 3rd and a 6th in fact it’s looking like the chiefs thinking they can build their wr room around him could be a very big factor in their demise so far
  15. Davis currently has about ten times as many receiving yards in just the bills chiefs divisional game as Toney has in his entire playoff career. if you want to throw Davis’ game against the colts in there too, I don’t think toneys receiving numbers his entire career in the playoffs will ever match those two games from gabe. pretty tough to hold that 13 seconds defensive atrocity against gabe Davis in a game where he had 201 receiving yards and 4 tds lol
  16. It’s based on like nothing too lol Toney really had little to no impact last year. Averaged under 25 receiving ypg on 2 catches in the regular season and 3 catches for 28 yards in 3 playoff games. I think it’s a pretty safe bet he won’t lead chiefs wrs in receiving yards a handful of chiefs receivers tonight looked better than Toney normally does
  17. Did he really help win the Super Bowl? He had one catch in that game where he was absolutely comically wide open that anybody would’ve caught, he had one catch vs the bengals the week prior, and one catch against the jags. three total catches all playoffs for 28 yards and a completely wide open pitch and catch td
  18. This didn’t really strike me as unexpected…if anything the lions should have won by more. The chiefs oline was holding on for dear life pun definitely intended. a lot of teams have defensive lines that will pretty easily exploit the chiefs offensive tackles. jets, dolphins, eagles, pats, bills with von back, bengals, broncos will all give them problems It’s still very early but letting Orlando brown walk is looking like a rare misstep from their front office. The big eye opener for me was I don’t even think the lions played well
  19. They were technically the 2 seed one year but the titans lost their first game after the bye so kc grabbed the home field advantage back… I don’t think they’ve had a single road playoff game in mahomes’ career
  20. Idk they were pretty solid all across the board on the offensive line the last few years. They were a mess tonight in ways that I don’t think being interested vs disinterested really apply
  21. I’m curious what happens to them without a bye/home field advantage in the playoffs though. People talk like the regular season doesn’t really matter and that just isn’t true. They’ve got issues that likely aren’t going away for awhile
