  1. Loved it! So many legends, so many songs I listened to on walkman back in the early 90s. It was awesome to see Dre, Snoop, Mary J, Eminem, and 50 all looking and sounding good and Snoop and Dre truly represent the West Coast. It was about time for hip hop to get to be center stage at a halftime show. I liked the live instruments, little piano tribute to Tupac. Kendrick Lamar is another generation, but a genius too.
  2. Funny to me to see all the criticism of Burrow, who was running for his life on every play. Even when he connected it was in the face of the rush. He stayed cool and made some big throws. Well played game, the Rams' offense eked it out. Just barely. With Beckham they might have cruised. Worst part was the Bengals not getting a first down at the fifty from 2nd and 1 with the game on the line! Incompletion, stuffed run (not by Mixon?), and terrible play call when your line can't protect the pass. Spain got burned on the game ending sack by Donald. I laughed at that. Also, I'm sure many will disagree, but I loved the halftime show. So many legends, so many songs I listened to on walkman back in the early 90s. 3. That’s cool! From what I’ve read about that game, he was pretty much Josh in the Chiefs game three weeks ago, high school version.
  4. https://www.theringer.com/nfl-playoffs/2022/2/11/22928673/joe-burrow-athens-ohio-high-school-super-bowl Apparently Joe Burrow’s had that cool under pressure thing since high school. Part of his makeup. The Rams could blow them out, but if it’s close late, I like Burrow’s chances over Stafford.
  5. A surprising number of people love football in Germany. They have their own pro league, too. (Not talking about soccer.) The games will sell out instantly and by then the pandemic might not be a huge issue. You gotta be careful with those big beers. They taste better than Coors but they’re not over-the-top flavored like some Pumpkin Latte IPA type stuff. Easy to drink. But three of those equals 100 ounces.
  6. Laughable. A ham and a hack. But he’s right.
  7. He understands Buffalo! The drought being followed by drafting Josh Allen. Karma is real.
  8. Gabe Davis and to a lesser extent McKenzie were on the bench for Sanders and Beasley.
  9. Hard to imagine it. 5 million.
  10. I can corroborate. I once had the chance to meet TT in person and he was incredibly friendly and nice. Once he found out I was a Bills fan (and I didn’t even tell him he was my favorite player, didn’t want to look like a kiss-up), he gave me a bunch of cool gear. Very cool, very warm person who I feel honored to have met.
  11. My all time favorite player!
  12. Buffalo will not lose to Kansas City next season.
  13. Well Thurman did burn up the league in 1990, and it was pretty clear he was a meteoric star with HOF potential. The next year, he was NFL MVP.
  14. He’s incredibly improved over last year’s playoffs. It looks like he is able to “will” things to happen when he needs a play. A la Brady, Montana, Mahomes, and a few other quarterbacks in history. It bodes incredibly well for the Bills.
  15. I love this post, OP. Everyone says 2021 has nothing to do with 1989. But the analogy works well. Josh last year was elite, but in two games against the best (KC), he underwhelmed. This year he played lights out, calmly, in both KC games. That’s incredible growth. I see us in the Super Bowl multiple times in the next five seasons.
  16. Anyone else calm all week? Anyone else nervous now?
  17. Huge day. Watching the Packers last night, Aaron Rodgers had it all set up to win with 4 minutes left, had the ball in good field position, tie game, three timeouts. Three and out. And with a hopeless unwise deep ball on the crucial 3rd and 11. Sometime he looks disengaged in huge moments, like he almost doesn’t care. What’s my point? It’s this: NEVER have I seen Josh look like that, diffident. Sometimes he looks like he cares too much, but never lacks team spirit. Rodgers might be the MVP and the most skilled player in the NFL, but I’d rather have Josh Allen than him, Mahomes, Brady or any other player in the league. Get it today, Josh. GO BILLS!
  18. I’m in Buffalo with the fam (had scheduled trip hoping for a home playoff game). In keeping with the KC vibe, we are getting lots BBQ and sides from Dinosaur BBQ downtown. Great food! PS for anyone who wants a great wing sauce covers fried chicken sandwich in Buffalo, try Mr. Sizzles’ Queen City sandwich. It’s incredible.
  19. 24 hours. Bring on the Chefs. Feels like a 50/50 game but a Bills blowout seems more possible than a Chiefs one.
  20. Dre, Snoop, Mary J, Eminem and Kendrick Lamar are ALL the equivalent of NFL Hall of Famers. Incredibly talented and expressive musicians. Anyone who thinks otherwise just doesn’t know anything about hip hop and soul.
  21. Ketchup and mayo on burger Horseradish on beef on weck Frank’s on wings Mustard on ham and cheese BBQ sauce on chicken fingers El Yucateco on burritos Garlic butter on steaks Go Bills
  22. Our Paul Bunyan Love this kid
  23. Today’s TBN on Singletary: “Devin Singletary’s confidence looks high. On his first carry, he kept his legs churning on a second-and-1 play anddrove the pile for 4 yards. He looked a little like Thurman Thomas on the 16-yard touchdown run, the way he made a quick lateral cut to the outside and stayed low to the ground.” 😍
  24. Big time credit to the staff for being flexible, and Motor for staying positive and balling out.
