    No one can change the past. It is very simple. We can have rules that treat people completely equally now and in the future, or we can have rules that don't do that.

    Are the Bills viewed outside of Bills fans as better for ring seekers than the Bengals, Chiefs, Titans, or a couple of NFC teams. Patriots were unique. They actually won a bunch of Super Bowls to establish that.

    We finished behind 3 AFC teams. Bengals, Chiefs, Titans. Three different styles. We have holes to fill versus all of them. Its hard to win in the NFL.
