I hope you are right I really do. I just think this will be the Detroit game all over again. By around 11:00 tonight it will be crunch time. The Bills either win a close one or lose a heartbreaker. I like your scenario much better, so I hope I am wrong. LOL. I just saw what "I did there" but I really didn't mean it that way.

When their team really declines (probably when Bill isn't there anymore) those "fans" will disappear. The Pats will go back to being the 4th wheel in that market. It's a Sox town and even the B's and Celtics have more of a hard core following.

The OL has been a problem for a while. I thought our WR corps would be better than they have shown. Diggs has been great, but the rest have been average at best. Either way Beane is going to have improve the OL this offseason and bring in another playmaker at WR to give Diggs some help. For this season the only option is to sign OBJ. Injuries have also been a factor but you can say that for every team in the league so that is no excuse. Just a reality that every team could face.

NE is home. They have a good defense. Even in wins recently the Bills haven't looked all that great. This is a must win for NE. At 6-5 they can't afford a loss. 6-6 will make it very tough for them to make the playoffs in a strong AFC. You know that saying about "an animal backed into a corner has no choice but to come out fighting". Well, that is NE tonight and that makes them dangerous. I think tonight's game is going to be like the Detroit. It won't be decided until the very end. Let's Go Buffalo.

12/1/22 Week 13 Bills at Pats* Pregame Thread Primetime on Prime!

This is true. Then 10 days to get healthier for the Jets. -
He has had two major injuries. He is also a bit of a diva/head case. I have no problem with the Bills signing him for this year only. I would pass if he wanted a multi-year deal. Let Beane improve the WR's core in the draft/FA.

9-3, 9-3, 9-3. I don't care how they do it. Win by 50, win by 1 just get to 9-3. -

Compared to last year's 100 MPH wind game in OP tonight's weather will feel like 70 with no wind. -

I hope the Bills wear the all-white throwbacks at home this year. At that site if you look at the Dolphins-Bills game you see its blank for both teams. I wonder if the Bills break out the all-white throwbacks in that one. The other home games against the Jets and Pats show both of those teams wearing white jerseys. So, the Bills will be wearing a dark jersey (hopefully not red) in those games. -
That is probably the best game CBS has that day.

Dallas does have an easier path to the Super Bowl. Eagles, Niners are probably their toughest competition. I would mention the Vikings but 40-3 happened. Bucs if they win the division. You can never count out Brady, but I think the NFC is between the Eagles, Cowboys, and 49ers.

Christine McVie, Fleetwood Mac singer-songwriter, dies at 79
Greg S replied to Just Jack's topic in Off the Wall
RIP. Fleetwood Mac is a great band. She was a big part of it. -
It's more of a must win for NE but 0-3 would not be good. Bills will have to sweep the division at home if they lose tomorrow.
-
Not surprised. I think this will be a FG game. Similar to Detroit where the outcome is still in doubt late into the 4th quarter. The Pats are 6-5 and in a tough AFC their backs are against the wall. They fall to 6-6 they can probably kiss the playoffs goodbye.

(6) Mike Klis on Twitter: "There’s been some gossip about Russell Wilson’s standing in locker room. Here’s some context. Per source Wilson’s wife Ciara thru him a birthday party last night and “it looked like about half the team was there.” On player’s day off. Why do people have to be so hurtful? #9sports" / Twitter

I agree Mac Jones and company will have a tough time scoring 20 against the Bills D. If the Bills don't turn the ball over, they might not get to 17.

Bills two-time AFL champion, Al Bemiller passed away
Greg S replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall
RIP. I never saw him play as it was before my time. -
Probably smart for them to do that. Either way a 3rd straight road game is unusual in the NFL. Bills should be much healthier when they play also. If it's a windy day, then it will be fun watching Tua try to throw the ball. He is accurate but doesn't have the strongest of arms.
-
I wonder if he is going to announce his decision "Lebron style". Have a show on ESPN all about him and where he wants to play.
-
A 5-game winning streak against teams with a combined winning percentage of .282 is "outstanding". A 3-game road trip coming up for the fish. At SF, LAC, BUF. When Miami comes to Buffalo it will not only be the 3rd straight road game, but they will be coming off B2B weeks of flying across the country. It won't be 100 degrees out with humidity either. Payback on them will be sweet.

The Bills definitely had something to do with it. Allen is one of the more popular players in the league. But the Jets are a big market NYC area team who is also playing well. It's a divisional/rivalry game that is important for AFCE/playoff positioning. Not surprised CBS protected it. Probably one of their better games they have that day. Might even be the best game they have that day.

(6) Connor Hughes on Twitter: "#Jets - #Bills was protected by CBS. That’s why it wasn’t flexed. Quite the sign of how things have changed for #NYJ. Wanted by two networks." / Twitter

Yes, it is. Nothing wrong with killing a bunch of terrorists and blowing up a building on Christmas. It adds to the holiday cheer.
