Game Week: Week 15 Carolina Panthers at Bills thread

They are 5-8. They have a bad offense and the Bills are home in a must win game. The Bills have no excuses not to win this one. -

I would rather they pay us back in 2 weeks. We won't need any favorable calls to win this week or at least we shouldn't need them. -
This is a question for Beane and McDermott. It makes no sense that the BUFFALO Bills who play in an outdoor stadium aren't built for the elements.

We lost to the Jags and that was pathetic. We lost to the Steelers and that was disappointing. We beat the Bucs but lost to the refs and that sucked because we are 7-6 when we should be 8-5. I can handle losing to the other team but when we lose on a horrific obvious non-call then I have a problem The Bills didn't lose Sunday the refs won the game for Tampa. Nothing can be done about it now except beat the living crap out of Carolina.

What OJ did in his personal life is inexcusable but he along with Bruce Smith are the two greatest Bills players ever. That is also a fact. If the Pegula's choose to keep his name on the wall then that is their decision. Doesn't affect my life at all. If they choose to put him on the Bills new wall of fame in the new stadium I won't care one way or the other either.

Josh in a boot after Tampa game (now says he's "good to go", no effects)

If its being reported by the great Cal Klube then it must be true -

We could beat NE. Probably would have beaten them if it weren't for the crazy weather. I don't want that to sound like an excuse because NE had to play in it as well. Its directed more at Beane for building a roster that is more suited to play in a dome than the elements. In that game didn't the Bills get inside the red zone 6 or 7 times where NE only got into the red zone twice. The Bills were moving the ball up and down the field but just couldn't finish. Give 100% credit to the Pats D for stepping up when they had to. I do think the Pats 220 yards or whatever it was rushing was a little misleading. For starters they ran the ball 60 or 70 times while only throwing it 3 times. If you take away that one long run then its really not as impressive as the media made it out to be. They also had their fair share of 3 and outs and the Bills had won the time or possession battle from them. So the whole they ran the ball down our throats isn't really true. Again give them credit they won the game fair and square. I just don't think the Bills should be afraid of them and if they play their game they have an excellent chance to win. -
What's it been 26 years since the last home playoff game with a packed house. Very loyal fanbase that has filled the stadium during some miserable seasons over the years. Bills fans deserve a playoff game at home IMHO.

If McDermott Traded Josh Allen for Aaron Darnold, how would you respond?

Bills fans deserve a playoff game at home where a sellout crowd of 72,000 can attend.

I do think the Bills will make the playoffs and hopefully as a division winner. If they have to play the Chiefs in the playoffs then it would be nice if it was in OP this time.

Who are we rooting for this Thursday the Chiefs or Chargers or does it even matter as it relates to the Bills?

We are going to need him at NE. He doesn't play in that one then we aren't winning. My guess is the trainers and Josh will do everything they can so that he can play on Sunday. If he does then expect Josh throwing the ball ONLY and all of the running to be done by Singletary, Moss or Breida. If the Bills get up big or Josh is really hurting then you will see Trubisky. -
Do the Bills have any 2007/2011 Giants playoff run in them?
Greg S replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Those Giants teams could get after the QB with their front 4. Guys like Strahan, Umenyiora, Tuck just to name a few. It was one of the main reasons they were able to beat the evil empire twice on the biggest stage. They made Brady's life uncomfortable in both games. -

The Pats lost to the Dolphins, Bengals and Titans lost to the Jets, the Titans lost to the Texans. Upsets happen all the time. Still the Bills should be able to beat three bad teams at home in a must win situation. No excuses as their backs are against the wall and they are fighting for their playoff lives. -

Panthers, Falcons, and Jets all at home. No excuses the Bills should win all three games. If they can't beat these teams in a must win situation then they were never really as good as we thought. The game at NE could be for the division and that will be a tough one to win but the Bills can do it if they play to their potential. Winning out is a definitely doable and most likely probable if they beat NE. -

I wouldn't mind red over white but the all reds suck. Same for the all blues. At the end of the day just win the game. -
Is this finally the year we make a big push for offense?
Greg S replied to whorlnut's topic in The Stadium Wall
Have to see how Tre heals from his injury. How long does it take to recover from a torn ACL? Will he be ready by training camp? Hopefully he can come back and be the same player. I am not saying the Bills go CB in round 1 but that is a position that could be a concern and need for an upgrade. -

I think Allen will play. He reminds me of Kelly with his toughness and will play thru pain. If Trubisky has to play its not the end of the world. He has a lot of experience as a starter and he is capable of playing well. It's not like we would be throwing some useless scrub out there who would have that "deer in the headlights" look and wouldn't know what to do. -
He did. He just couldn't beat the refs.

Winning three straight on the road in the playoffs is a tough task. I know the Giants did it that one year with Eli but I would prefer to avoid that for the Bills. Plus winning the division in back to back years is something to be proud of. Of course ultimately this group will be judged on how many Super Bowls they can win. -
Inside the 20 with a chance to win it two games in a row
Greg S replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
You are probably right but there really isn't a dominant team in the AFC. The Bills almost pulled it out at TB and the Bucs are considered one of the best teams in the league. If not for the BS non-call which was obvious then Diggs probably catches that for the win. The Parcells quote is true and 7-6 is 7-6. That is a fact. The Bills are capable of beating anyone when they are on their game. They are also capable of ****ing the bed like we saw in Jacksonville.
