And sure some of that stuff gets cutesy and it can be the wrong call. But yesterday we needed someone other then Josh to take the lead bc he wasn’t on his game.

I think McDaniels is worse than Hackett. Hacketts team plays hard, even though they make playing look hard. McDaniels is a walking disaster. Took a playoff team, gave them more talent and broke them.

I actually think Dorsey has struggled with creativity when things aren't going well. Jets were having a ton of success rushing 4 and teeing off on their pass rush. Folks got on Daboll for being too "cute," but today is a day where I have liked to see some bubble screens or jet motion with McKenzie. Anything to get the defense to think twice about only playing the pass. The call for the QB sweep was incredible, the Jets were completely out of position, including the safety. Sometimes the OC has to bail out the offense when its slumping, and I would have liked to see some of that last week and this week.

Thought about it, but they haven't had the consistency at HC which is hugely important IMO. Sirianni may be great, and Pederson can coach in the NFL but IMO it would be too early to believe in their coaching staffs. I would include Saints FO + Payton.

If I was hiring a new regime, I would only hire from the Bills/49ers/Chiefs/Ravens. I would do exactly what the Giants did. Pair their best coordinator with their best FO guy and get them on the same page early. It’s a total mistake to pair up two ransoms from different orgs. The Bills did it for years.
