Honestly, do you think like Stef should be interpreted like any other player or do you think we should take his history and the way he exited Minnesota into account with our interpretations?

I’m not a Stef white knight like most of the folks in here, but I actually didn’t have that come across to me like a shot at Allen or the pass or whatever. I took it as “this close.” Imo, much worse was MVS indicating to Mahomes that a pass was slightly behind him after like single-handedly losing 3 games for the Chiefs

I felt VERY strongly about addressing the WR room last year for the eventual Davis and then Diggs replacement, and Brandon Beane drafted a TE, an OG and a backup weakside linebacker. And signed Sherfield and Harty in FA I don’t know what’s going on in Beane’s head but it’s clear he and I are not on the same page.

Everyone is free to consume their entertainment in any way they wish, but I personally find it odd. I think the tales are lacking if you don’t pay attention to the rest of the league.

I want them to go best WR available in round 1. I have a sneaky suspicion that Beane will believe WR isn’t as dire of a need as I do because he is the same guy that thought Trent and Harty were good investments and will consider other positions depending on how the board falls. If that happens, my blood pressure will be in trouble.

I hope you’re right but Beane has done the whole “dumpster dive for guys around Diggs” before. I agree with your approach and I agree that Beane has no choice but to draft a WR high. But does Beane believe he doesn’t have a choice? -

Chicago has done very well, outside of Swift. I will never understand how a team could watch Herbert, Foreman and Johnson be good to serviceable all year for basically nothing and decide you need to pay a big money back on his third team.

I love the Bills. I also pay attention to the NFL. I know it’s hard but you can google it yourself lol.

If Diggs barely misses or hits 1k yards on another inefficient high volume next season, will you admit you were wrong about Diggs?

Nate rightly or wrongly learned how to play the game. I guarantee he is the most dedicated backup QB in the game right now. He’s getting the starter coffee, turning on the projector, prepping the film. he’s probably doing it all. Good for him. His body wouldn’t allow him to be an NFL player, but he’s gonna get an NFL pension because he knows his role and does it the best.
