Yup, I’m good now, a specialist I saw back then said to me that a high percentage of long term back/disc pain are surgery related. I did the long slow method of Time and exercise, which is what he recommend, and low and behold it worked great, I was 36 years old when my back was acute, over a couple of years I was good to go, I’m 61 now and haven’t had acute issues for a couple of decades.
