  1. If you are healthy and can run and jump it effects your body position for where you catch the ball also the ability to separate from the cb so the catches are easier.. Absolutely effects catching. Whoops yourself. Still would take Shakiir over Moore. Keep thinking your opinion and condescending tone is more relevant than mine that is your right and I disagree with it.
  2. I think you just are over critical on our group as you watch them all the time and can pick them apart easier. I wouldn;t take JuJu or Hardman over a healthy Gabe Davis. Davis played hurt last season. Even hurt he still played at a similar level. Sky Moore isn't good at all. You liked him last draft I am assuming and kept that crush.. We had a very solid roster last season our oc just got locked into poor schemes because Allen got hurt early with the elbow issue and they didn;t want to stress it with many short throws. Hence why our game plan was all deep balls and play action runs. I will agree they probably had better rbs I forgot about Pacheco. But wrs? Nope and my argument was we minus diggs they minus kelce they have way less weapons which I still believe. The Cjiefs are just better at scheming their players open and when not Mahomes does mroe with less to make crazy things happen. I'm done arguing though I don;t agree with your bad take and you can disagree with what you feel is my bad take.
  3. Juju is average the guys we were bringing off the street are as good or better than him. If they werent older vets they would be getting those contracts as well. All Juju has for him is age. Gabe Davis on the open market would of gotten the top contract this year similar to the crazy bucks wrs were getting last year. But, I'm done arguing you won't agree with me and I'm sure as heck not agreeing with you as I'm certain I am correct.
  4. You are telling me he had better / more offensive weapons on that Chiefs offense than the Bills did last year. I'm not arguing he had an amazing oline. I am saying weapons wise the Bills had way more, and still have way more. I disagree majorly here. Minus Diggs for us and Kelce for them we still have/ had better running backs and wrs and a top te in Knox. We just couldn;t scheme well as Allen was hurt and couldn't throw short passes well. So everything had to be deep passes and poor run calls w/out a lot of screens etc.
  5. Diggs is always going to want the ball more and Allen is always going to want to carry the team on their back it is their alpha mentality not a weapons / roster issue. We could win the Superbowl and if either of them didn't take league mvp they would feel the same.
  6. Okay, so it is just you making an assumption. Good to know. I wasn't taking a shot at you I was just curious if I had missed quotes or otherwise. I don;t feel the wr corps was that bad. Mahomes does more with less. I think we had an oc problem more than our wr corps 9the guy our qb wanted so I doubt he had an issuewith him as he backed him to be the oc in the first place). I expect a better offense overall come next season with some experience under his belt. Yes, our oline is / was horrid I can agree there but we have already address the biggest issue which was Saffold who allowed interior push and bullrushes like a turnstile at the train station. Killing any chance Allen had at a pocket most the season.
  7. When has Allen shown he is unhappy with the weapons or line? For that matter Diggs..? Did I miss a quote towards the end of last season or this offseason? If anything both seemed unhappy with themselves like they somehow need to up their game. Diggs upping his game by getting the ball more to help carry the offense and Allen being Allen thinking he needs to carry the team on his back. Which both think every year. Only people unhappy with the offensive line or weapons openly are the fans. All I've seen is a Diggs tweet saying Gabe Davis has wr1 potential and Beasley blaming the defensive collapse not the offense that scored plenty enough points to win.
  8. I don't think he makes it out of the top couple picks in the second round. Pittsburg has the first pick in the second round and a glaring need at lb. The rams have a glaring hole at lb among a ton of other positions, The Saints have a big need, and a the Vikings. That's off the top of my head. There may be a couple other teams.
  9. I agree we would obviously have to redo his contract and make as much as possible of it signing bonus / get Arizona to eat a bunch of the cap otherwise. Teams make signings / trades like this and get them to circumvent the cap all the time. I don't see how Buffalo couldn't make it work either. Hopkins has been quoted earlier in the off season to be willing to restructure/ renegotiate his contract to go to the Cowboys perhaps he is willing to do that with other teams as well.
  10. I know everyone says we are not in on Hopkins but I feel like we could potentially be now that OBJ signed with the Ravens. Beane was openly in on OBJ. Which means we are likely looking for another wr 1a/1b type wr. I don;t see us being able to get that in the draft unless we trade up very high of which will be more expensive than trading for Hopkins. I feel like the only thing that would keep us from Hopkins would be the salary issue as many have stated. But, If I were a betting man we are not out of a potential Hopkins deal or trying to sign him when / if he gets cut. It would be more impactful and cost less than trading up in the draft for a wr.
  11. Start packing your fandom bags. It is very highly likely that is the route they go. LB, DT, and DE can all be argued to be needs for a starter or depth rotation and can also be argued based on projections would all be bpa at our pick or just barely need reaches. Add to that a relatively weak wr class and the Bills supposedly sold on our tackles and already have gone the fa route for guards I am betting picking d is likely unless we go te or Bijan Robinson is available at our pick. But if I were a betting man it is 75/25 we pick defense in the first if we even draft in the first and don't trade down.
  12. He isn't a reach in the late 1st. Especially knowing he won't last to our pick in the second round. His physical combine numbers are very close to what Luke Keuchley's were. Also, coincidentally he has been training with Keuchley
  13. He can't pass cover worth beans is the issue.
  14. This thread is a joke (mainly the replys). We went 13-3 in the regular season last year and outside of middle linebacker we have upgraded or maintained status quo most positions from last year. Our biggest issue at the end of the season were the injury bug that took Vonn and Hyde early in the season. We will have them back healthy next season. I don't understand where all the sky is falling is coming from. We are still the team to beat in the East (The Jets haven't proven crap and the jury is still out on if Tua can stay healthy.) Step off the ledge friends. It will be okay.
  15. When did Tasker say this? I want to read or listen to it so I can stop refreshing twitter every 5 minutes after days of this my fingers are bleeding and turning into lil nubs.
  16. I agree, If we trade for Hopkins it'll be a heavy defensive draft. Especially, if we trade Oliver. We would likely draft 1 maybe even 2 dts for our dt rotation. We need a mlb still and a DE if Vonn isn't healthy. Plus both our safeties are at the ends of their contracts. I am expecting a heavy defensive draft for sure.
  17. I don't disagree with anything you are saying but sometimes a change in scenery is all a player needs. For example, Hughes was meh before we traded for him. I know that was more snap count usage issues but maybe that's Oliver's biggest issue as well.
  18. Oliver is still young and at 25 is just going into his prime. Another coordinator may feel he was just type cast wrong in our defense and a change in scenery could bring the dominant dtackle everyone saw in college. He has had glimpses at times with us. Personally, I wouldn't be sad if we kept him. I feel like he plays his butt off for a big contract somewhere else in fa this year if he stays with us.
  19. I doubt that since one of those players was such a personality off the field he was best buds with a Korean dictator.
  20. I don;t get why people want to trade back and still expect to get Campbell. If he isn't taken in the late first he will be taken in the early second round before whatever pick we traded back into is. The biggest hurdle that was supposed to be the reason he wasn't going to go in the first round was his projected speed / 40 time which he proved isn;t an issue with his 4.65 40. Personally at this point I prefer to just take Campbell or Trenton Simpson in the first at our pick and just be happy we got a good one for years again.
  21. You basically gave the answer yourself the reason is versatility mainly. Also, it adds an extra blocker on pass and run plays. They also can create mismatches with linebackers if athletic enough and not just a plodder blocking te. Though to be honest I don't think you need to worry about the Bills taking one before the third round honestly outside of being completely sold on Knox. Beane seems to have an obsession with taking wrs later in the draft. I feel like TES fall under that for them as well. I am thoroughly convinced our first two or three picks will be defense. Especially since he has essentially stated already he feels we have our wr2 in Gabe Davis.
  22. Jordan Schultz @Schultz_Report Breaking: FA WR Parris Campbell is signing with the #Giants, source tells @theScore . The former Buckeye star comes off a career-best 62/623/3 with the #Colts last season, adding 2 rushing TDs as well. 12:52 PM · Mar 16, 2023 · Bummer, really was hoping the Bills would take a shot at him. Under the radar solid signing by the Giants here.
  23. I bet any contract he gets will be heavily incentivized. That said I bet the max he can earn will be in that range. But he will have to do a lot to earn it.
