  1. How does Edmunds make it? He has been awful all year. Poyer and Dawkins are more deserving if you watch the games.
  2. Finley is squinting just looking to the sideline. Dude needs glasses.
  3. OMG did you see that TJ Watt play. Insane. That is what Bills need DE
  4. Play to win with the guys that are healthy Makes no sense to play Brown before the playoffs unless truly 100%
  5. He should be and as others have said who is to say he isn't. Penalties are still a problem, but in game decisions have been solid all year. Agressiveness has been appropriate. Game plans have been good. It took a while to finally bench Murphy but that has now happened. Manamgent of IR had been good
  6. Honestly don't remember the Patriots ever sitting Brady. In fact I recall Wes Welker getting injured in a meaningless week 17 game. I'm sure there is no correct way to do it. Avoid injury at the expense of losing your edge. Who knows. Either way if they win the first playoff game whatever they decide to do in week 17 will be correct. I'd say do what you can to get #3 spot. Pittsburgh is losing in the first round which will give the Bills a shot at a second home playoff game and avoiding KC before the championship game
  7. I agree with you. Play the starters and play to win. I'd like to see them blow away Miami. The counter argument is to avoid injury which has some validity. McD rested everyone against the Jets when the outcome didn't matter so there is precedent there. I think guys lose their edge when they rest but maybe that isn't a real thing.
  8. Agree. Play to win. Don't care much about the seed. I just want them to stay hungry
  9. Bridgewater has played in 57 games spilt up buy a horrific injury. His comp % is almost 70%(1% higher than Allen's) and his YPA is 7.6 compared to Allen's 7.8. He has 640 fewer yard than Allen on 70 fewer attempts. Allen blows him away in scores with far greater WR group. They have the same number of INTs. Bridgewater has been without their best offensive weapon most of the year. My point is I would not be so quick to say Bridgewater is not the answer in Carolina. That division will be up for grabs as Brees and Brady play worse with age and Atlanta is a dumpster fire. Carolina should be very competitive with Bridgewater after another draft, a few FA holes filled, and a healthy McCaffrey Steelers are a house of cards about ready to fall apart. First round exit for sure Packers will win the NFC
  10. I'm fine with adding a RB in round 4-7. Other than that they still have serious issues in the front 7 on defense mostly related to age. They need to add a DE or two and a 1 tech DT (maybe Starr and Phillips are the answer for 2021). So much will depend on what happens with Milano and Williams. If they let Milano walk then OLB becomes the most immediate need. Of course they can replace a few of these guys in free agency. They will bring in a TE too but I would favor a veteran TE and not a rookie. Learning curve for that spot is too great and this team needs to win now. Knox may still be an above average TE. He has not hit his ceiling yet. But with Kroft almost assuredly gone they will need another body.
  11. I think you follow he Belichick plan. Play your starters and play to win. Once you start resting folks teams lose their edge.
  12. With Barkley they are a 4 win team. With someone like Tannyhill,Stafford, or even Wentz they could win 8 to 10 games. With Allen they can win 12+ and make a deep playoff run.
  13. He's top 5 for sure. He has more turnovers than any of the other high ranked QBs because of 6 lost fumbles. On any given Sunday he can be the best in the game.
  14. I've been giving COVID vaccine all morning. Two defensive scores in back to back weeks after three years with none. Wild!
  15. McD was coach when Whaley was a lame duck GM. McD passed on Mahomes to get more picks in a known QB rich draft the following year. We don't know what Whaley thought of Mahomes.
  16. I thought you meant get both in the draft. Hell they could trade for Mack now and sign KB as a FA and have both of them now. KB was never the same after the knee injury
  17. Yes it was a well known fact. And he was a very good WR prior to knee injury. They could have selected Mack and many of us wanted that to happen after they made the trade announcement. But they gave up a 2015 first round pick. There is no way they could have had both Mack and KB.
  18. That is a fair take. Agree Darnold's story is probably not fully told.
  19. I'm really curious how you see Darnold better than Jackson?
  20. Ugh.... we are rolling out COVID vaccine and I'm now on the front line to help the process this weekend. Will not be able to watch much of the game.
  21. The more this week goes by the more it feels like a trap game.... Biggest win of the season last week and the Patriots next week. Everyone has already assumed a win and a division title. All this positive press. First the kid that went to Disney because of Milano and Davis and now Diggs is main story on ESPN website. Very scared right now...
