    I think what we see on the field is systemic. It looks to me that the WR's are not coached on the fundamentals. I'm not sure adding new faces into the WR group is all of the sudden going to mean 70% completion and a bunch of wins.

    Well, I wonder who Allen will have to throw to next year, and I wonder how quickly they will be labeled trash.

    Darnold has crap talent around him as well, somehow he's playing much better than Allen, looks like a real QB. I think too many of you are hoping for too much out of Allen. Maybe another season of 50% will bring you guys back to reality. We'll see. There is one common theme with Allen, a lot of people need to make excuses for him week in and week out.

    Yeah, too late for that now. We get one more season of Allen's 50% garbage, and then we'll see what the next coach does about a QB. Allen was less than 50% today, lmao.

    They can't fire him yet, he gets one more season. I expect him to be fired "black Monday" next season.

    Maybe the iPads vs 65" TV's is Allen's way of telling his linemen they need to keep studying the playbook...

    That would be great, but it would also be fluke-ish and unsustainable in terms of a dominant franchise for years to come.

    I think the whole segment is really silly, they should just stop doing it. It was goofy enough when they did it with Rex, with McDermott it just looks like both guys are super uncomfortable.

    I'm very interested to see where we are at with this argument next December. I certainly hope it's not the same argument!

    I feel that with better talent at WR the drops should decrease, but they will never go away, and whatever that drop differential is, it's not enough to take a 52% passer to ~65% passer.

    Oh sure, I see some improvement, but he's still at 50%. If he's still at 50% next year at this time, that is a problem no?

    I wonder how the players feel about the ProBowl these days. It seems to have had more cred decades ago than it does today.

    I don't follow. He was a ~50% passer in college and he's so far a ~50% passer in the NFL. So, for me to feel like he's passing the ball better than expected, the comp % would need to be higher, right? lol

    I'm not saying the way it is is correct, but it is the way it is For QB's anyways, they need SB victories to be in the conversation.

    With absolutely no regard on whether the drops were caused by bad ball placement/bad timing. By whatever means makes you feel better, it's all about feelings these days right?

    That's a very silly stance. You need great stats PLUS some SB's (the more the better) to ever be considered GOAT. Just the way it is.
