  1. Not with the UCL tear of Josh. That seat just got so much hotter. A one more throw Coach and we saw how it worked out for Mike Shannahan. His seat now isn’t as cold as it once was. There’s a lot of question marks regarding why Dorsey and McDermott didn’t replace him and allow for a full healing process. You can have the records player safety is. More important than the game.
  2. Daboll has done more with a lot less. McDermott pretty much put himself onto the hot seat. He’s not doing anything special at the present and has largely under performed with the roster. We were expected to be in the Super Bowl. Instead thirteen seconds and a blow out loss are cementing his end but he can keep knocking on doors when he’s fired eventually he might kick a door downZ
  3. We learned how much Damar Hamlin put a defensive unit on his back. We were littered with injuries and the biggest question mark is, is Ed Oliver going to stay in Buffalo? Not really a game changer, not being the face of the defense, and generating zero pressure. He’ll never be Kyle Williams. It he could make for good draft day trade bait. My hopes as always will be to win a Super Bowl. If we get eliminated it’s more Coaching wasting Josh in his prime.
  4. Finding myself pondering this for a tax return. Have switched to using mostly 35mm (Pentax K1000, eos rebel xs, and a Samsung Maxima 760i) and medium format Holga 120. For a digital step up is the Canon T100 or T7 good for testing the waters?
  5. Sean McDermott’s basically coaching himself out of a job. We’re just breaking out the pop corn and watching his pressers. Like I said during the secondary coach who shined with a physical scheme when lacking White and others. Pretty much is where it’s going for now. Removing anyone outside of his lunch box and anti-physical pro-process guys. Fans wanted Frazier fired and McDermott decided that the best thing to do would be to fire the guy whose secondary was hamstrung by injuries when his defensive line and backers had no drive to get Burrpw buried in the backfield. Edmunds lacks creativity, Ed Oliver over all is busting at the worst possible times, and we’ve hit the peak of this Coaching staff.
  6. Looking at the pressers his body language and confidence are gone. I don’t think the Pegula’s last meeting was personable. No more smirks, sneers, and or trusting the process. Ike he’s been told they’ve decided in the future for the season ahead to monitor and scout offensive minded Coaches.
  7. We’ve seen the process through I think McDermott knows historically he’s either going to drop off the face of the earth. Or, he’s going to win it all and leave fans with humble pie. He’ll just be a rebuilding Coach and that’s where he’ll be sticking to a career path. Like Marty or Dan Reeves it’ll be perhaps looking at the Bengals OC as most offensive minded Coach run a much more aggressive and tailored defense. The Bills don’t have that luxury of waiting for McDermott suddenly finding out he can be more aggressive if we’re out of the playoffs and playing spoiler after such a massive improvement over the drought years.
  8. Ownership backed itself into the wall threatening a move to Austin and blinked. When they pulled a move like that when they knew better then to try and threaten moving to creating a three team Texas fan base they bluffed knowing they’d lose in ticket sales to Houston and Dallas. They’d be caught up as a minor league system again. Don’t think Beane’s ever really been sold on McDermott. Every GM has their dream coach and thus far he’s been having to compete with a defensive minded Coach. Allen has such a great career if Sean collapses next season it’ll be a soft rebuild on the coaching staff.
  9. Super Bowl or bust anything short of that or not qualifying for the playoffs. Or hearing trusting the process is an automatic termination of anyone and everyone on the Coaching staff!
  10. I think we could make a move for the Bengals offensive coordinator. There’s not a lot of protection from ownership or management for McDermott. A lot of the offensive minded guys tend to have a harder and more physical philosophy than defensive minded Coaches.
  11. He put himself into this situation and it’s looking less and less likely he’s going to survive the off season here. My take is it could be like Wade Phillips. Lots of talent, paired with arrogance, and a condescending tone that reporters have gotten tired of. So, it’s weighing on the ownership to satisfy the base. I wouldn’t go all in for Payton he’s got way to many issues. Vicodin and Molly addictions are at the forefront.
  12. I think the Bills ownership let McDermott know that he’s not as safe as he’d appeared to be. His sentiments and pressers are now held with much more apprehension and a hint of fear. Eyes darting off to the side a little bit of trembling and hesitation at questions. Unlike thirteen seconds I think he knows they’ve let him know after the Super Bowl they could be headed in different directions and have to make a decision on a Coaching staff being more offensively focused.
  13. I think this is where we’ve got to admit the process has peaked. As in Philly when McDermott was fired he’s peaked. I’d look at poaching the Bengals OC. Fans are dreading the off season cap casualty future markets a divisional or wild card Coach at best. A winning record can be deceitful and difficult to tell when the final foot falls.
  14. Such doesn’t fit the soft mold of McDermott. Our secondary which was physical and showed up even riddled with injuries just fired their Coach. In part because Sean cannot and will not admit mistakes on the defensive line or in the line backing corps. Beane needs to be allowed to have an offensive Head Coach and a Defensive coordinator without allowing for too much attachments. I’d say we could shuffle Sean making an attempt for Callahan off of the Bengals staff. Poaching a Coach might not be as distasteful as it appear and there’s no friends on the sidelines this is a business and the Pegula’s know that.
  15. That comes from defensive coaching we don’t have.
  16. I think the Pegula’s have lit Sean up. To a point wherein his process and strategy is making him a trading target for them to go down the rabbit hole of Vicodin and Molly addiction Sean Payton. I’d much rather have Sean even for his softness then not knowing I’d our Coach is going to end up in a morgue tomorrow.
  17. Thinking the best take on this is just to ignore whatever dramatics Buffalo goes through. Quite honestly the level of talent in Coaching talent has a final year to reach the Lombardi. Beyond, that it’s a Super Bowl or bust team. If it’s playoffs only that’s fine it really is. Not quite drought-era level of dynamics but always leaving fans wanting more. Like Marty or Dan Reeves. They’ll just keep knocking instead of hammering through the door and blowing out teams with a conservative play style. It’s nothing to get excited about nowadays it’s just the weaknesses in Coaching. What’s worse is firing a secondary coach in a unit plagued by injuries which found ways to compete. Oliver, Edmunds, and Settle will never be Kyle Williams or Matt Milano including Jerry Hughes in that. Process guys just don’t have the talents and have a coddled mindset wherein they’ll fall flat outside of Buffalo.
  18. Let me know how it goes okay? Sorry, for being late in posting or checking just been having some things come up. Medical mostly diveraticulitus and kidney stones.
  19. Who else is getting pumped up for the USFL franchise coming back? I know the thirteen seconds hurt, along with the headset malfunctions, eye gouging, punching, kicking, and holding. But, having some lift up and bump for another team looks promising. I didn't know where to put this for the life of me. As a former fan of the Atlanta Legends I'm still a little hurt over how the AAF went down when Doug Whaley didn't want to pull the trigger on an XFL merger. Makes me wonder if they'll pull a merger and how much stronger the viewing base could be.
  20. It'll hurt like hell and you'll always miss him but you'll be tougher for it. Words given to me when my older brother died. Another one was how someone wished they could give me more time with my older brother after there's died of cancer. Widow maker and cancers make the strongest bond for everybody in mourning.
  21. No full status slated until 2023 he's been cleared for 2022 on a spot duty and rotation basis. We might wind up playing a more aggressive style. With a tighter man to man coverage ratio instead of zone or bubbles. Cleared with an ACL means that a player is spot duty for the next year and will come back the year after in full duties.
  22. Without Tre can remember sportswriters and analysts saying we were done. Our defensive unit was forced to rely heavily upon safety zones and man coverages to catch up. Let's be honest Tre is a future hall of fame corner back. And, he brought more to the corner spot then anyone else. We weren't even supposed to be in the playoffs or even get past the wild card without Tre. A pick by Poyer changed the complexion of the Bills and Patriots game. We should've of had to rely so heavily on Tre but he's the bread and butter of helping the defensive front get their pressure and generating the coverage sacks. It showed in the end when we blew out KC earlier this season and had Tre.
  23. It's hard when Leslie Frazier is always the culprit, without Tre White it's a one dimensional team which relies too heavily on safeties, and doesn't have a pass rush to keep up with coverage sacks. That's where a bulk of our sacks and stances came from we had to rely too heavily on the safety group and try to match up with the cornerbacks.
  24. We'll buy out McFloormatt, promote Daboll, and let Frazier go. As we silently hire Brian Flores and shock and surprise nobody. We'd need a pass rushing DC and McDermott doesn't pass rush which means turning the team over to Daboll and hiring Biran Flores to keep up that or Fangio. We've gone as far as we can with preventable McFloormatt.
  25. Out of Control Andy allows for players to eye gouge, punch, and kick during games. Allowing for what he'd allowed for players to do in Philly without reining them in. With all due respect no wonder why he had no control over his children and why so many reports made their way out of player misconduct. As it is Buffalo achieved more and needed Tre White and it showed what he brought. NFL has spoken and it's okay if eye gouges, punches, and kicks are thrown by the Cheating Chiefs. KC fans hate him after his son got drunk and killed a little girl on a DUI but he wins so all is forgiven.
