You can tell the guys who want to be here on the field. The Coaches don’t want to because they let Ken Dorsey pull his me, me, me interview, and wishing to be out with the Hurricanes. Just another stat ladder like McDermott. I’ve figured it out Sean McDermott is the Matthew Stamford of head coaches.

What do you call a guy then who runs his mouth before the season starts wanting the Hurricanes job? What do you call a guy who’s focused so completely on his own status that instead of being completely focused on the biggest game of his career he interviews for a Head Coaching job? Statement and sentiment analysis matters a good deal for determining where someones at.

And, our offensive OC is obviously on some serious psychotropic drugs to treat his borderline personality disorder of psychosis and narcissistic tendencies. If the Panthers or Hurricanes had hired Dorsey would it mean we’d of gotten an OC without an indifference and someone actually loyal to staying?

Same no longer taking him seriously, Doug Pederson was better, Sean Payton was better, and the problems are neither had the frat ring which mattered most or a sorority sister in common with Kim Pegula like Sean did. Lots of nepotistic hires not a lot of common sense. Tried to respect him until he started letting sprains become full tears and he’s ruined White, pushed Josh to play with a UCL tear, and pads his regular season win loss ratio but doesn’t do anything after. Unless we named Oen Dorsey interim we won’t go for offensive mindsets.

If we finish 7-10 can start going for the style of DT and LB who can help transition around. Shopping Kaiir for a third or fourth round corner could help push it. Need to make up some cap space and solidify a real defensive end tandem as AJ Klein could be a sixth or seventh rounder bait type.

I’ll be here to see the draft speculation and how far we will go to move on. Injury bug hits like drought and this coaching staff doesn’t over come adversity well. It also doesn’t accept diversity to well.

Looking around we should’ve hired Doug Peterson. We hired a legacy frat and held onto Dorsey even knowing he didn’t want to stay. As it is the UCL tear is still affecting and effecting Josh.

Josh got worse after having to play for McClappy with the UCL sprain which went into a tear. ‘Tre White was on a path to be a legend. You know before the whole sprain becoming a ACL tear. He’s ruined players as a one more throw and one more play Coach. Now, it’s all coming into full view. Don’t think anyone can save him from himself at this point. I think college programs are going to go through motions with him. As they contemplate his manically questionable mental health.

After that no confidence whatsoever in the Coaching staff. Beane built what McDermott has no business coaching and is destroying it. I won’t even pay attention until McDermott is gone completely.

Praying every night since then that McDermott was hired and poached by college programs. Teams now entering a free fall and doesn’t have anywhere to go but down. In my heart McDermott was a frat boy legacy hire and that’s all he’s ever been in my honest opinion. Agreed he was a frat boy legacy hire. And, that’s why he got a job over Frank Reich. Makes you wonder how Reich would’ve looked with what Beane has given and gotten for McDermott.

If Michigan hires or poached him I don’t really care. At this point he’s worn out his welcome here. I wish him the best of luck in his future ventures in the college ranks but in the NFL he’s just not it anymore.

Looking at all of the report that said sprain and not tear we now know it’s a tear and not a sprain. It didn’t require surgery but this Coaching staff can see itself out. No reasons whatsoever to risk future injury upon him. Or if it had been severely torn affecting his entire career. I literally have no defense for this staff whatsoever. Those draconian methods of one more throw died in the NFL and for good reasons.
