It makes for an interesting hypothesis, but I disagree.
Inconsistency has always been a part of Josh's game.
It's worse lately than we have seen in a long time, but I just don't think you get a magic excuse to wash his sins away like that.
I think the inconsistency is simply who he is. He can be great or really bad, and it can change based on possession, quarter, half, game, or multi-game streak.
You can argue the only way a team could lose "13 seconds" and today is with the help of exceptionally bad coaching.
I.E., with even average coaching we win both games.
