What if the employee makes more than the entire management staff combined and is expected to be an extension of management on the field 🤔

If josh can’t figure out how to win in games, especially games like that one, where his brute force arm strength isn’t the answer, he’s going to follow the cam newton career arc.

At this point in his career, Josh should be a confident general. I’m not seeing that. He should have the ability to not just check from a pass to a run, or vice versa, but to call any play in the playbook with the personnel on the field. The offense is way too predictable. guys like Brady and mahomes figure(d) these things out and are often throwing to guys who are wide open. he’s not in control, he doesn’t use the resources at his disposal, he hasn’t improved.

Well, it’s at least 50%. I mean, it’s a marriage. Josh/any qb1 is an extension of the coaching staff. the staff has to build the system to get the best results and the quarterback has to understand the system at a master level. josh doesn’t seem to get certain nuanced concepts at a practical level. He’s either incapable, or doesn’t want to. the bills could’ve lined up in double tight i formation and ran the ball on 80% of the second half plays and they probably would’ve won.

This game looked like two 8-9. Or 9-8 teams slugging it out.

They might be okay. These types of loses are mind boggling and exhausting. All the criticisms of this team seem to be accurate. Josh looks out of shape and he needs a haircut.

Some of the criticisms of Dorsey are probably misdirected. Where he/the staff have failed is not making josh a better quarterback. He (josh) needs to learn: better situational awareness, how to put some air under the ball, how to successfully manage different types of games.
