  1. I've been offered tickets to game to sit with a teams scouts, does that count.
  2. Well this is interesting conseidering it really hasn't been been said beyond the hopes of a few folks that he would leave. But for him to say he isn't means that someone has brought it up and probably contact him or the titans about him being available. Titans | Fisher not leaving Sat, 14 Jan 2006 09:57:56 -0800 The Titans Radio Network reports Tennessee Titans head coach Jeff Fisher has no intention of leaving the team to become a head coach elsewhere. Fisher said, "''I have no intention of leaving. ''I'm under contract, but it goes beyond that. I'm excited about what we're building here."
  3. Because the offense is more broke then the defense? Because the defensive problems can be traced to really have bad DT's, and bad LB's after Spikes got hurt. It's easy to sign/draft a couple of studs there. Because Haslett or someone else is maybe already on board as DC if he doesn't get a HC job.
  4. He had Drew looking Pro Bowl like until the oline got hurt in Dallas this year. In fact if Adams doesn't go down they probably would have won that division. Well that and the Safeties learning to cover 2 deep against the redskins in the final 2 minutes of games.
  5. You're right, Favre threw less then 50% completion this year and had a 64 QB rating. Oh my mistake, no he didn't. He had a 71 rating which isn't good, but sure better then 64, and he completed more then 61% of his passes, and threw for almost 4000 yards. But I guess in your book that is the same as 1300 yards and 49% completion.
  6. And Peters played most of the year at RT, Villerreal, Gandy, Anderson, and Teague were all pretty much mainstays all year long. That line regressed big time, and it goes back to coaching. Mcnally is still living off the legend of Munoz. Stick a fork in him and get rid of him, he is way overdone.
  7. We played NO last year, and they beat us. He had to scout us, and our players. He know what we do well, and obviously what our holes are. So he has one up over other people in really being able to evealuate our team. That said, he obviously knows how to get the most out of the Dline. That was one thing that NO's had right. Also, there defense and offense were both much better then ours statistically and that was even missing their best WR (Horn) most of the year, the #2 missed some time because of injuries, plus they missed their best weapon in Mcallister. Granted they won only 3 games, but they had a tough division in Carolina, Tampa Bay, and Atlanta. I don't think he is the best person available, but he knew how to beat us, and knows our team better then our previous coach, who shall not be named.
  8. Fassell probably will.
  9. And why do we care about him? If he isn't a Buffalo Bills player, coach, or former one who got us to the SB, I don't care who he thinks he is. Nothing here folks, move on.
  10. Doesn't he play the trumpet and have a Christmas album?
  11. I don't, but that's kind of the point. Either not comfortable, not capable or unable to really read the defense, or make the proper adjustments.
  12. Ummm... as much as everyone beats up on Drew, he was at least smart enough to audible if he saw something bad. Not sure JP or KH ever switched plays at the line this year.
  13. CTM humanizes and has sex with penguins. He doesn't club them.
  14. You say it, like it's a bad think. Clubbing baby seals, pandas and kittens is hard work.
  15. Billy Joel, MCI Center March 16th.
  16. Wow. But again, this just goes to show that Mularkey did have TDs ear and was getting his "draft choices" and "making the personnel decisions" like pissing off Adams, Moulds, starting JP, etc....
  17. Is she cute? That wouldn't have anything to do with her being co-located would it? Pictures?
  18. Yeah and after giving the furance repair guy two years to get it warm, maybe it's time to call a new person.
  19. Actually the sky is not falling. There is joy in whoosville today, now that the wicked meathead is dead.
  20. He is the only coach to ever win a playoff game in New Orleans. Prior to the fiasco that is NO this year he was 42-38 and this is after having to coach a team that basically got screwed in the draft by Ditka. Yes there is the Hull thing, but he never specifically said Hull. He just referred to a player on the Line. So no not good, but also not a direct shot.
  21. Like convincing TD to draft Parrish instead of Adam Terry.
  22. He also said he quit because he no longer has a say in personel decision, which leads me to believe he is in fact the one responsible for our line situation and the drafting of Parrish as his slash type.
  23. Mariucci, possibly Hasslett, Ferentz, Fisher, Kubiak just to name a few. And Pete Carroll
  24. Think about it, Marv is a "rookie" GM. If there is a strong coach out there with previous experience, and some front office skills this has got to be the perfect situation. It can be side by side with Marv picking players, not just throwing a wish list over the wall. Also, he will be in a stable position for at least 3 year, unless we go 2-14 for the next 2 years. Actually Ralph give Tenny a 3rd rounder and get Fisher here.
  25. Dude, you need one of these. http://www.firstcheckfamily.com/products.htm
