  1. Smith was drafted to be a punt/kick returner. He was the #4 or #5 back his rookie year. So comparing his first eyar with Evans is not fair. Also, Smith poured it on once he got a chance to start, as evident by having 2nd year numbers better then Evans, who didn't improve this year.
  2. After the fiasco in Buffalo this year especially, Ralph doesn't deserve to be there.
  3. Oh no his igloo is going to melt.
  4. Corey Moore, part two.
  5. In one of the few bright spots of play calling this year, the coaches recognized when peppers went off the field and went to a no huddle. The Bills were successful in those situations as it seriously hurt the pass rushing ability. Once Peppers was back on the field the offense struggled.
  6. Davis failed at LT this year. Green has already said he is moving back inside and they are signing a LT or drafting one. Let's hope he progresses better then Davis.
  7. It's Bush's fault. If he would have had the Corops of Engineers build a better levee system between this guys leaves and his house it never would have happened. We need to raise taxes, give more to the ACOE to build a burning leaf levee for everyone in this country.
  8. But you would think the majority would squash those few non-conformists. In reality, I go there on occassion, and you know damn well Boston is the home of the hypocrites. Do as I say, not as I do liberals.
  9. But Boston is the Mecca of the liberal world. All people are accepted, liberals looks at the world colorblind I thought. I am calling bull sh--. There is noway that such an inclusionary group of people such as NE Liberals would ever treat minorities as 2nd class citizens.
  10. Well let's wait until draft day and see, assuming he is at least as smart as Len and makes it that far.
  11. I agree that if we traded we would have had to lower that hit. I suspect he'll get 2.5-3 this year.
  12. A pretty good drip. Higher heat. What I want is one of the vacuum ones. A friend at work has one and says that he uses Trader Joes coffee and it tastes better then anything you can get at any coffee shop.
  13. Interesting piece from Clayton that Mularkey while he did take play calling away from Clements, did in fact turn them back over. WTF????? Clement departure a surprise: The firing of Bills offensive coordinator Tom Clements is a surprise. Mularkey took the play-calling ability away from Clements and started calling the plays himself in the middle of the season. Mularkey never said anything publicly, but Clements was upset about the move. Clements ended up calling plays in the final months of the season but his relationship with the head coach wasn't the same. Over the next week, there could be as many as four changes on the coaching staff, some that will affect the defense. http://insider.espn.go.com/espn/blog/index?name=clayton_john
  14. I am with you here. I have a pound of Kona Peaberry at home, and use it only when I am sure noone is coming over, so I can drink it all, and when I will be around the house to drink the whole pot, and not waste any.
  15. And how much was him and how much was him covering for Teagues stupidity. I remember when he was cut that either he or his agent made some mention that RB was taking some of the blame trying to cover "other holes" on the line. Whether he referred to TT or JJ was the question.
  16. He did. He did have a motivation problem, but remember he is a former 1st rounder, and kept Davis out of the LT spot. So much as he was maligned and unmotivated he was still Arizonas best Olineman, not that it say much. He is a very good run blocker who struggles with speed rushers. So while he does good in most games he would need TE/FB help against guys like Freeney. I also think getting cut, remotivted him, and he proved to be real good in Cleveland looking for a big payoffs this year. I guess will find out what the experts think based on his contract numbers next year since he signed a 1 year contract at about a million, just to show off.
  17. I don't think he was playing poorly. I think that the management and coaches didn't think he was worth the coin he was making anymore, and they were making it rough on him to stay motivated. Rmember he made a bunch of probowls up until he was cut, and yeah part was reputation, but he was still playing at a high level. Maybe not worthy of his contract but he was still a top 5 guard in the conference, if not in the league when we cut him.
  18. Yeah we have done such a good job evaling Olinemen. Tell me again how that slug Rueben Brown is doing and that he would be retired from football, because he sucks? Oh thats right, he is a stud on the Bears oline.
  19. Marv is twice Scotts size at least. Not a fair fight.
  20. JPL = JK WM = TT EM = AR (maybe????) AS = BS TT = KH JS = ST Ummm.. other then the one mentioned the others are 3 tier scrubs in comparison.
  21. Ding, ding, ding.
  22. It said, "The future is now, and ticket prices are up 30% so you better get on board before we sell out, or until we start 0-4 can meathead, and get a real coach in here."
  23. Yeah I got mixed up because when I saw Bennie here, he was the LG when Mulitalo was hurt.
  24. Anderson plays LG,WTF are you talking about? Anderson played both LG and RG in Baltimore.
  25. Rich, backhanded compliment here, but you are one of a few opinions I really trust. But no Mcnally is not, and I am not sure ever reason was, the lord of lords. I think that was hype. But Baltimore Oline replaced Anderson with Mulitalo and had Ogden looking bad as a result this year. Ogden I think was in fact helped in the past by an above average Anderson, who while maybe got stupid motion penalties in B'more, didn't really get beat. This year Anderson looked to have technique problems, and i blame the coach. He started getting better towards the end of the year, and other then his weight and inability to pull effectively, he was probably the best Olineman at the end of the season.
