  1. Maybe less preseason games but more practice time. All I know is that early season is sloppy as hell, sometimes it's hard to watch. Maybe it's always been that way but I don't remember it that way
  2. I started reading this thread on my 21st birthday. I'm now turning 45 and we still haven't signed him.
  3. How long before they expect to drive cars as well?
  4. To be fair to Belichick, whenever you see him on things like A Football Life, he's always very complimentary to good or great players. I agree with whoever said most of the time he's just ***** with the media
  5. Belichick probably wouldn't notice if his wife was f***ing his best friend
  6. We definitely need some more of those. Apart from Romo and a couple of others they're all crap
  7. No, I just heard generic crowd noise. They should have shouted "Bruuuuuuuce" to make it clearer for me
  8. I honestly couldn't hear any booing in that clip. I guess they've decided on their narrative and they're sticking with it
  9. This is the face of a man who has just received hand relief from a woman young enough to be his granddaughter
  10. Is it just me or is Oliver getting whipped?
  11. I 100% hate Amendola (70% because he played for the Pats/30% because he's drilling that chick from Good Morning Football)
  12. that was a fumble 100%
  13. lol I knew certain people would be panicking now.
  14. I believe this is what's known as hedging your bets
  15. Tom Tit is still available
  16. I used to really like the announcing team of Maguire, Simms and the great Dick Enberg. They called the SB between the Packers and Broncos, which IMO is still one of the best, and did a fantastic job.
  17. Hope they run some sets with him and Sweeney on the field at the same time and send them both out on routes
  18. It's weird with the Pats, they've got a murderer, a sex trafficker and a cocaine dealer, yet poor Tom Brady decides to make out with his son one day and he gets a majority of the ridicule.
  19. Hope all is well with him. He's one of those players I really missed once he retired, like Favre or Sanders. So good to watch and such a great competitor.
  20. I thought the Orlando Apollos was a good name in the AAF
  21. I watched a little on the TV but not too much. I remember it being quite scrappy, sort of like the AAF and XFL and most other start up leagues. Though they did get a few players who had success in the NFL. Warner being the biggest, but also John Kitna, Adam Vinatieri, Dante Hall, Brad Johnson, James Harrison and Jake Delhomme.
  22. I just looked up the old WLAF uniforms to see if my memory was right. There are definitely some good ones I think. Some awful ones too, like the cloud, but looks like they went with a less is more approach (sorry, this was the best image I could find)
