  1. here we go, 15 yard penalty to keep them alive. Well done Oliver
  2. He's actually dne a great job this season of protecting the ball. I think that's his first of the year

  4. Well that was nice and easy for them
  5. Every time our defense is in a 3rd and long situation I just resign myself to the offense converting
  6. It's funny, when we've got the lead these overly happy Christmas commercials don't make me want to stab someone in the eye with a fork
  7. He did look surprised to be so open
  8. Allen's redzone stats are just stunning yet you rarely hear anyone talk about it

  10. So last time we played it was the Kyler Murray love fest so I guess this week will be the Herbert drool-athon
  11. I have to say I do feel sorry for Lions fans. I've been watching football since the mid 80s and they've never had a genuinely good team. The closest they came to success in that time was reaching the championship game with Sanders and Erik Kramer and even then it was a done deal that Washington would beat them up (man I wish we'd played them in the Super Bowl that year).
  12. He's also close to having played for all 32 teams. What a coincidence!
  13. Come on JETS! SAR II
  14. Don't think I've ever wanted the Jets to win as much as I want them to win today

  17. Taysom Hill can really sling it
  18. Burrows injured. Damn. I liked him. And the Bengals are one of the few teams left in the NFL that I don't hate with a passion
  19. Mayfield with a fumble Worst football player name ever: Richard Rogers, Eagles TE
  20. Loving watching the Texans beating the Pats. Every time NE loses 100 people are cured of coronavirus
  21. Big Ben can just comb his beard over his mouth and forget the mask
  22. True. He seems to get held to a higher standard than everyone else in the league. Not just by Bills fans either. When Jackson throws an INT it's accepted as an unavoidable part of a QB's life. Every time Allen throws an INT it's the usual "shades of reckless Josh Allen creeping in again!" It drives me crazy. He's not above criticism obviously, and I criticised him plenty yesterday. But why not just say he's having a bad game or a bad half? It always comes back to this lazy rhetoric about him being reckless or having a low completion % at Wyoming. Interestingly it seems to work the other way for guys who are pre-determined to become superstars as soon as they're drafted. Take the Cards game, Murray was being penned in by Buffalo's D for the whole first half but instead of giving them props or saying Murray was having a tough half, the announcers kept, erm, announcing that "it's just a matter of time before this kid makes something happen". It's the same crap with Jackson, and I'm sure it'll be the same with Tua. It's actually kind of weird how many of these guys seem to actually dislike Allen and are either desperate for him to fail or at least a little pissed when he does well and they have to say so.
