  1. Hey everyone stayed in their gap on that play. Someone take a picture.
  2. They'll finish the regular season top 10 like they always do. Need to be better than average deep in the playoffs though. That's the actual thing we can't seem to do.
  3. Remember when over half the board didn't want to extend James Cook for top 5-10 RB money?
  4. Cook effortlessly making multiple guys miss on a run-of-the-mill run up the middle.
  5. That was a mighty big cushion for Keon
  6. Saints made that look really easy after the initial 3rd and long which of course we gave up.
  7. Was that Cam Lewis?? Ugh. Hancock makes that tackle.
  8. Barring injuries, we should peak later in the season. Getting the suspended guys back will help as has been mentioned, plus whatever Max gives us, but I'd argue it's the defensive rookies as a group that will look better later in the year. If it's not Hairston, it'll be Strong. If it's not Sanders, it'll be Walker. Cole Bishop should be better. We have depth and talent. Will coaching hold up deep in the playoffs? Lots of reasons to be dubious there but at least we're giving ourselves a chance on that side of the ball.
  9. Seemed like he got benched for a good chunk in the Phins game. It was ugly in the 1st quarter then we didn't see him until later in the game.
  10. That makes sense. I've been on the road the last two weeks and haven't had the chance to do much by way of detailed rewatch, but it felt to me from the bit I saw like there were more precision issues than usual. For example, two of Kincaid's catches on Thurs required full extension despite being easy throws, including the TD. Both Palmer and Shakir had to perform 360 moves going back for football vs Jets while moving in the opposite direction. We've seen some tough catches. 51% definitely felt low (as did the team drops number) but there was a reason I was looking in the first place.
  11. I still think we need to give it more time, but one of the things that needs to improve is Josh's accuracy. It felt like he's been missing a lot of throws so I double checked and sure enough his OnTrgt% is only 51% through three weeks. He's typically in the mid-high 70s. 51% would rank DFL in the league most years. Decision making is really good but accuracy is off and precision is off. Can't blame it all on receivers and coaches.
  12. Missed the game. Sounds like it was a stress free win. How come Josh’s stats were so pedestrian? 148 passing yards on 5.9 YPA, only 56% completion percentage, and no TDs. I’m sure he was good cause he’s always good but gaudy stats always help MVP cases.
  13. I'm guessing we'll improve on defense as the season goes along.
  14. I'm really thankful our LBs and safeties are going to get another look at an RPO style offense with a mobile QB. Sunday was eye opening. In addition to likely having to play Ravens again in PO, there's a good chance we'd see Eagles if we make it to SB. Our tackling has to be better. Our angles have to be better. Our read and react has to be better.
  15. Not me. Team loves him. Coaches, players, everyone. It’s not an accident that he was the only other player besides Josh who got voted as a captain.
  16. Amazing comeback. Fluky, sloppy, ugly, incredibly Joshy comeback.
  17. Two really good plays in a row from Bosa. Those were huge.
  18. Hmm...Their Dline just completely blew up our Oline twice in a row on short yardage. That was mildly concerning.
  19. 2023 Milano makes that tackle.
  20. WTF kind of call was that?!!!
  21. Epenesa is still somewhere in the parking lot looking for a Raven to tackle.
  22. Give Beford a break. That hit didn't look good.
